We had an opportunity to pick up a 08 C3 from a customer with very low mileage for a great price so we did. He explained to us that he had it at the dealer for a stalling issue, and got it back completely dead. He said it was running when it went in but it kept stalling out. When he got it back, it wasn't running at all and they told him it had issues with the fuel pump and has low compression. Im wondering if these fuel pumps are serviceable at all? ? Anyone here have some experience with the Yamaha C3, better known as the XF50. The model we have is a fuel injected, liquid cooled model. Any one know of a good parts supplier for these bikes? ? I have very minimal experience with the Yamaha scoots. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thnks Guys!!! Pat

www.amazon.com/CNT-Intank-Fuel-Yamaha-Scooter/dp/B00HZTV3FAthe pumps are in the tank and are not serviceable, you have to replace them. the above link is for one on amazon. before you purchase anything do a compression check, should be in the 100's. check the line to see if the pump is working, check for power at the pump too.

EBay for a pump for $40. I did dads in less than an hour. Those are a dc system so a weak battery will have the same symptoms as a weak or bad fuel pump

If compression is low check the valve adjustment. They are a pain in the but to do so they don't get checked by most owners on those. I think there is a service manual on here for that bike but if not zumaforums has one
