Hi! I have the same scooter. Can you tell me what type of rear brake pads can I use? I can't find any here in Hungary. That type is very rare here. Maybe from oversea. Hi raziel, The engine in this scoot is (was) a Minarelli Horizontal Longcase 1e40qmb. It's an extremely common engine and those brake pads should be very easy to find. Don't bother trying to find parts using the name of the scooter- just search using terms such as 1e40qmb etc. Good luck!

Can you believe this scoot still runs and drives great to this day?? I actually sold it yesterday It was a sad thing to see it go but the new owner was so happy. He didn't trailer it or put it in a truck. He simply drove it the hour drive home to St. Pete lol. Here's the CL video I made. Probably the last documentation you'll ever see on this scoot

One year after the sale and the new owner still drives the ol' AIR regularly! I've kept in contact with him through FB and he's in one of our local scoot clubs in St. Pete. I actually even had it back in my garage around Christmas time. He's not really the type to do his own work so he brought it to me when an exhaust stud broke and I fixed it for him. He even messaged me about a week ago wanting me to identify a part (it was the inline fuel filter lol). He said he just loves blasting around St. Pete on this scoot and says he regularly shows the 150cc 4 poke guys whats up hehe. Said he even regularly tears up the Ruckus guys and leaves them surprised. It's a great feeling knowing my old AIR is still tearing up the streets down there- oh and I also still jam around on my Vespa on occasion too. Both still running great all this time later.
