Well, its been a while, but I wanted to drop in and say hello to all of you guys. I have had a few health issues as has my daughter lately. I have pretty much been living at hospitals and Dr.'s offices.
The scoot is together and running good atm, however I expect an exhaust leak at any time, because of some damaged threads on the ex flange of the jug. I have a hell of a time trying to keep studs or bolts in one hole, I have even rethreaded for a larger diameter stud with a fine thread, but even with a drop of loc-tite it will shake loose.
Guys, I may not be able to be here often, but this site will always be home, and its members family.

Chris.. I know the feeling bro!! With the costs of my hospital stays...insurance co-pays and medication costs just to keep my 2 Kidneys alive(which has been borderline at best even)...well.. Hell for as much as it is costing me to maintain these Kidneys so far.. I could have bought a Kidney off the black market and STILL come out ahead!! I understand what you are going through Chris. I seen Hospitals and Dr. office's more than home. I hope you and your Daughter get doing better.

Sorry about your and you daughter's health problems. I hope you both are getting good care. Hopefully you'll be getting in some therapeutic scooter rides. May you and your daughter's faith lift you both up and facilitate healing.

Thank you for your support guys. There are days ( most days) that a ride through the country seems to be the only good medication that my daughter and I have. She is fine now, but was hospitalized for pnuemonia ( wheres my spell check? ) for two weeks. While she was there, my wife and I would take shifts staying with her. One evening on my way to see her and send my wife home, I was side swiped by a big ass pickup and forced off the road and my little Ranger flipped at least once. I was in the hospital for a week, signed out ama, and came home. I was lucky, a moderate concussion
A bruised kidney and a lot of sprains and cuts and junk.
The doc was wworried about a spot on my mri, and wanted tests, so I did let them put me in, they kept me out of this world for five days before I was really awake. Along with the concusion I had a minor bleed in the frontal lobe of my brain.
Long story short, we are getting better and doing o.k.
Doc, God Bless and get well soon man, glad to see you back on your feet.
