Iv ordered several times from PFS. Never an issue. This place is the best deal iv found so far for Dr. Pulley rollers and sliders, and even better deal when there is a sale. Shipping is fast too. A+ in my book.
As for no returns for performance parts, that's pretty much the same anywhere unless the items are defective.

I've ordered over a dozen times from Parts For Scooters. Every time I received the correct part, shipped fast and good prices.
No complaints about Parts For Scooters. They do a great job.

to be a seller on amazon in not so many words you have to agree to be ripped off by the buyers. A buyer can claim a pimple on the dairy air is the reason and the vendor eats it. Amazon is good for the predatory buyer and the seller becomes the victim.
Parts For Scooters is another one of the good guys!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazon treats it's customers fairly and honestly and holds their sellers to a high standard, I can see why that would upset some people, but then it's not their money being spent so...
On the other hand, what parts I've gotten from PFS were OK and on time, and the one defective blinker I got was replaced quickly, just as good as Amazon.

I bought a cyl head from them. Got here almost instantly. Amazon would be envious 19 hours from the time I placed the order until FedEx delivered it to my door...and that was FREE shipping. I didn't pay for faster service. 19 freaking hours! That's the fastest I have ever received anything from anyone

The only "aww shucks" moment was when I realized my $60.00 head didn't come with exhaust studs and I had to run around and find some Was hoping for $60 the head would come with. Oh well. Still blazingly fast service!

I would be willing to bet I could find people with complaints about every business out there, and to that person they're valid, and to someone else who had a different experience, they're not. Welcome to the human race.

Welcome to the human race. What kind of people would complain about EVERY business out there? Heck, I wouldn't wanna do business with those people!

This year I have given two businesses negative reviews out of a couple dozen I've done business with, I'd say I've had good luck.

Not accepting returns on "performance parts" has been a staple in both the automotive and motorcycle industry for the past 40 years at least. The fact that they are selling you "performance parts" relies on you (the end user) knowing what you are looking at and doing. "performance parts" at one time were just parts that were available OTC and would need modification to fit your product, hence "no returns on performance parts" became a common sign at parts houses as the term implied that you (the end user) would modify the part to fit your application and hence would not be sell-able if you were allowed to return it. As for the part still being in its original packaging, I've seen people try to return so-called original packaging with nothing but rocks in them...
ANYWAY, not the place for this rant... Parts for Scooters is a great place to shop, never done me wrong on the orders I've placed with them. Thanks for the great service!
