Hellow everyone,
I'm Christian from Puerto Rico, I'm currently working in a scooter store. I don't know much of scooter. I'm the one who sell parts and I'm here to learn about scooter so i can improve at my work. Hope to learn as much as i can and be part of the forum and help people!!

Maybe, we sell worldwide. I know the basic, and the parts. But when it come to mods and mixing thing i'm 60% good and need to ask to the mechanics here. I think good customer service is a must if you want to have a strong company so i'm working with my knowledge, to provide a better customer service.
btw forgive me if i make 1 or 2 English mistake, my main language is Spanish.
PD: The post above this was me, i did know the guy before me create an account with the same name, and it was save in the work computer. I fix it already, if a mod can erase that account please.

That's a great attitude! I think more scooter shop reps should take the initiative that you are to provide the best service possible. Kudos. A REALLY great way to get to know the parts is to build up a scoot of your own  hehe. Welcome! A great community here. Everyone has made me feel right at home. |
