I would start with looking at the iddle speed adjustment screw, then go from there. Attachments:

At that milage if not already done , valve ajustment is a priority. The exaust valve has a habit of getting tight & causing issues , then check items like fuel petcock for flow, dirty filters , , poss carb clean & ajustment , sparkplug ,vac leak etc. These are kinda normal maintenance items on your scoot. The tech. Section & 90gtvert,s youtube videos are a great help.

I feel like such a retard. Took the seat.off to adjust the idle and found a vacuum line disconnected. Reconnectd this line and scooter is idling just fine now. Sent from my LG-L38C using Tapatalk 2

Still do as scooterpimp advised with your valves. You're suppose to check them after 2000km and every 3000 to 5000km after that. Also check the inside of your fuel tank. The outlet is very small and has a sharp 75° bend in it. Very easy to clog. I found a pine needle in mine a few months ago, how it got there I have no idea beings I live in the high desert and am at least 50 miles from anything that even remotely resembles a pine tree.

Maybe something like a Kymco Agility 50 manual (same engine as most Chinese scoots) could work if you found one for sale. Probably the easiest would be go somewhere and print out one of the manuals that you like so you can keep a copy if possible.
