Yesterday, I got 2 packages. One was the 2x fuel system upgrade for 2 heaters and the second one was the heater, what goes into my car. I think, I will swap the heater heat outlets and sell the other one, or keep it for spare parts. Aslo, I think, I will use the tower heater fuel tank instead, and ditch the 10L one, what came with the heater. Fuel system upgrade: Diesel heater for the car:

Will be interesting to see how it fits to the car. I need to make a custom box for it ... maybe. I did order a new one too, without the case. That one has Bluetooth and one bracket, that the tall case one does not have. I do not want to destroy the case tho.

Today, I brought a 220VAC to 12VDC Power supply for my diesel heater. Also arrived the second heater, that I ordered from EBay. I need to do some upgrades to it (fuel system with filter and pump mount), before I install it to my Aixam. This power supply will power my garage heater.

Today, as a result of the intense auction finale, I got such a bunch of tools and accessories. Some things make no sense to me, like the plastic tool holder, what is inside Makita tool cases (the top left corner, black one). I will keep some tools, but I guess some I will be sell. I saw that about 6 things out of this bunch of tools and accessories, cost almost as much as I paid for them. Actually, I was only interested in the grease gun, tire pump nozzle with digital display for the compressor, nozzle kit and clamps. When the things arrive, it turns out that some things are still needed. I wonder what that gadget with the blue end and the long yellow handle is on the left? I will probably sell the things that are not needed. I also made a table of things and calculated the approximate value, if I had to buy them separately - approx. €400 😮 Tools, what I did get: ---------------------- Angle NEO 185 mm, with marking holes HULTAFORS MRS 18 cm 90/45 degree angel tool 2x Spring clamp (black with orange) 1x Spring clamp with extendable jaws. Caliper Probuilder digital metal 150mm Probuilder tire pump digital Various nozzles from Makita drill Set. Tool for adjusting the EasyKey plinth leg 'Serie 04' Makita battery powered tool nozzles (without case, battery and rack) Carpet knife Rivet pliers Tool case QBRICK System PRO 600 Probuilder sawing jig with saw tape measure 5m, parquet assistant (maybe the grey one in bottom left corner) makita bits in a box, FERE supler/caliper, XLTools Tire Inflator Gun Digital Nitecore battery charger, Silicone gun wolfcraft, load belts, phone holder in the car.

Yesterday, I did cleanup on my YT channel, and deleted 250+ videos, because they did not have any views or low views. I accidently deleted my last diesel heater Part 2 video too, with those 250+ videos. I was glad, that the video was still on my PC and I re-uploaded it. We all make little mistakes sometimes Here is the video:

One other idea came to mind ... To buy a same 8kW heater, but the version, what heats the water too. Then I could have warm or hot water in my garage for washing hands and etc. But that is maybe for future. Other idea, was use the air/water heater on my Aixam, but I want to remove the heater at summer, to have more storage.

Save you some money too. 👍 Yes, the ducting and 220VAC to 12VDC power supply and etc stuff, will save me about 100 euros, but that saved money goes to these things: 300cm Diesel Heater Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipe Tube 24mm Stainless Steel 316 Thru Hull Exhaust Fitting Tube White fuel hose upgrade Pipe Kit with filter Heater Ducting Pipe Outlet Parking T Y Branch For Diesel Heater 75mm

I did post this same plan on my Facebook page and one of my friends contacted me, who has doe some garage heating and ventilation systems .... and said, that this almost 360 hot air heating system does not work. So I did re-think and Im gonna just leave the right side and put maybe four or five 100mm hot air outlets. Im gonna go from 75mm heater outlet to a 80-100mm step up fitting, then 4x T-fittings (stainless steel), 100mm flexible hose between T-fittings and then five outlets over my workbench. Im still gonna buy the Stainless Steel Exhaust Upgrade kit (2 of them), exhaust thermal tape, fuel system upgrade with filter and ducting kit for the Aixam with 2 outlets. Other things to buy: 230VAC to 12VDC power supply, 2x deep cycle batteries + charger. PLAN B:

I also did a rough calculation, how much the garage heating is gonna set me back: The heater - 190€ 75mm Diameter 100cm Length Air Diesel Parking Heater Duct Pipe - 36€ 75mm Car Auto Heater Duct Y Branch Connector Pipe kit - 290€ Warm Heater Parking Heater 75mm air outlet - 10€ Air Diesel Parking Heater Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipe connector - 15€ 300cm Air Diesel Parking Heater Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipe - 69€ ABOUT 545€ roughly The heater install to a Aixam, is gonna be cheaper, because I do not need that much ducting. But I have to make a box, where the heater, pump, fuel tank and stuff are gonna be. I made a rough sketch of the garage heating system, what I'm planning to do, with this diesel powered heater. I will do a video about that too. Also, there is a second heater coming, that will be installed inside the Aixam City. That will be also documented by YT video. I might add some old radiator too and connect it with the exhaust system, to get some more heat out. That is gonna be another experimental thing. I might need to buy a car battery for the Aixam and use the old one as the Heater power supply with connected to a charger too. Rough sketch of the garage heating system:

Well, the heater did work with the PC power supply, but yesterday the power supply took a "Shett" and died. I had to power the heater with my Aixam´s battery, while it was on the car. That experimental theory was in this video, where I did power the heater, with the 400W PC power supply. It did work ... at first.

Because its end of the month, I have little money. I was planing to wait until payday comes, and then buy a 12V car battery for the diesel heater and add also charger on it. But Today I had a theory, what I have not seen in Youtube or google. I took a old PC case, added 400W modified PC power supply to it and took it to garage. Then I did hook it up with the diesel heater, to see, if the theory works. Greitt Seksess The heater turned on, with no errors. I did let it warm up for about few minutes and then at the 5 minute mark, it started to give nice warm air. I did let it heat up the garage for 10 minutes, and then turned it off. Before unplugging, I did let it do its cool-down cycle. Made a video too about it (coming out soon, on my YT channel- Scootrific Official). But I need to test it out little bit longer and do some nice connections for it. One other idea came into my mind. The Mad Scientist Master Plan: *** Plan A.1: Build a new case for the heater. *** Plan A.2: Inside the case: 1. place for the heater 2. place for the diesel fuel tank. 3. place for the fuel pump. 4. place for the modified 400W PC Power Supply. I might do it too. Im a crazy Estonian you know ... An mad scientist .

Yesterday, I got together, with one Facebook Marketplace seller ... And 8kW Diesel heater, was then purchased by me from him. The plan is to install it on my Aixam for preheating or for heating the garage, since it is quite cold to work in the garage. It works on 12V. I did have some batteries in the garage, but 2 of them were dead and one scooter gel battery gave the blower a life, but the battery was too weak to run the first start. Despite the fact, that I also connected the battery charger to the battery. Still have to look at some kind of car battery, especially for this Diesel heater. I got the first start done, during which the Heater sucked diesel from the fuel tank with the help of a pump. It even started to warm a little. I also made a few changes, namely the fuel hose was shortened and the machine also got metal support legs, because the release wanted to turn the whole blower too much 😃 I did use the Aixam City, to power the heater for the first time GEITT SECSESS! As for the garage heating goes, with this heater, I have to add approx. 30-35 meters of exhaust piping (or not) and 20-30 meters of special aluminum piping, with intermediate pieces. So plan to move all warm air vents for at least a month. Maybe I'll also try to use the garage when transferring the heat from the exhaust system, even make some so-called. in the radiator, where the water inside and the heat/heat of the exhaust gases would heat the water in the radiator, for example. These are, of course, ideas at the moment, which may be realized in the near future. It is bad to work in the cold. Of course, then I should also insulate all the gaps in the garage door so that the heat is not lost. Some Pics: The riser feet from metal ... for the Heater: This is the video of that Heater:

Even with snow tyres that was a struggle. I hope no pizza was delivered late. I was not doing my food courier job at the moment. So, no pizzas or other food, was not harmed making this video. After that fiasco, I think I will not do courier job while it is winter.

Today, I went to garage and after that, I was in trouble. I could not get up the 45 degree incline, that the underground garage complex has. It took me about 5 tries, to get up the that. I even put down lots of gravel, to help the car get up.(Winter Fiasco) Im glad, that my GoPro was recording. What a content. One bonus clip too in the video. The video.
