Yesterday morning, after I finished my night shift, I went and brought some tools, to continue the work on the front bumper of my Aixam: Acetone, to clean workable areas. Stirring sticks, to mix the Fiberglas resin. Brushes, to apply the resin and roller, to remove any air bubbles from the Fiberglas. But, there is a problem ... The expert told me, that the room temperature must be +20 degrees Celsius, where I work with the fiberglas. My garage has only +2 degrees I have a heater, what is 3.5kW (3500W), and I can not use it, to heat up the garage, because when it starts to give heat, the automatic beaker turns the power off in my garage. So, I need some advice, what to do. I was thinking about buying an diesel heater, but it is expensive.

Today, I decided not to do my food courier work and went to garage to do some upgrades to my metal workbench. But when I got to garage, I did not do that instead, I worked on my Aixam. Took the front bumper off, broke some bolts, fixed some things and made front end little bit stronger. I added a metal plate to the bumper and drilled new mounting holes. When I started to reinstall the bumper, I noticed, that the bumper was 1cmm off from the driver side Also something happened to my welding gas bottle. The tap got stuck and won`t move at all. Now I do not know, is the gas on or off. I`m afraid to take the regulator off, because, when the main tap is open, the bottle will do some damage. Some pics: And here is the Timelapse video of that job:

Today, I ordered this thing, to help me get the air out of the cooling system of my Aixam. I hope I can use it and get the air out fast.

I have seen some cars not heating because air in the heater core lines, once the air was purged it heated fine. Ok. I thought, that it is the only thing, what could be the issue - the air in cooling system.

There is winter coming and outside is little bit cold. I noticed, that after the massive repairs to my car at the repair shop, the heater does not give as much heat then before the car went to repairs. Before, the heater was set to 1, and it was so hot inside my cat, that I had to remove my jacket. Now I need the jacket, because heater gives only warm air to interior of the car. I think the issue id in the cars cooling system, maybe there is some air trapped inside? What do you guys think?

Yesterday evening, between 7PM and 8PM, I was doing my Courier job. Few months ago, I started with Bolt Food Yesterday, I did try out the other food courier firm - Wolt. I had 1 order in 2 hours. While using Bolt Food, in 1 hour I had atleast 2 or 3 orders, depending the distance of one delivery. So, while I was cruising with my Aixam, I saw that Casalini Trofeo 2.0 on the streets. I did pass that thing, like Letty in Fast and Furious movie, when she was at the Race Warz - "See ya ....!"

If you have receipt for the parts. Go and speak to them. That's a cool looking micro car. Especially in the green. I can take the receipt from the bank and print it out. But I do nit need it, because the day before yesterday, I sent a email to them. I said, that something went double when I did pay for the car repair. And they answered this: "Glad to hear that the car drives and delivers beautifully. You are completely right. It has really turned out that you have to pay for spare parts paid double. Do you want to leave some amount as an advance payment, or we will let our accountant make a return to you with a credit note?" (used Google Translate from Estonian to English) My answer to that: "I think that I will need this money somewhere else, what I did pay double. So I think I won't keep it as a down payment at the moment, but I would use it either to buy metalworking tools or for other necessities. Let the accountant transfer it back to my bank account."

Today, I did some calculations and realised, that something might went double, when I did pay for my car repairs. When I got my car back on 8th of november, last week, I did pay for repairs and winter tires total 1705€. But I remember, that before I did give the car to the repair shop, I did pay 818,50€ for some of the parts needed, to fix my car on 16.sept.2023. That included, I did pay for my car repair total 2523,50€

Today, I also visited the repair shop, where my car repairs were done. The boss there told me, that there are some new cars coming in and they are Mitsubishi Casalini (2023 models), little bit better then the car I have now. Well, I said thats nice to hear. After that I went home and did some check that new car out from Google search. The specs were nice. Some things I might do to my current Aixam too. But I can not swap the Aixam out for that Casalini 2.0 right now. I have to pay back the credit to back for the repairs, also need to pay back the loan I too, to buy the Aixam. And earn some extra money somehow, save money and maybe then I can think about that 6kw Mitsubishi Casalini 2.0 Beast That car looks nice tho, I give them that. Week ago, I made a small ramp from steel. That was an ordered job. Here is 2K video, about that 3 hour and 23 min job in time-lapse. About 4 minutes (nobody will watch 3 hours of me working. They will get sleepy about 15 min mark lol): Question: What else I should build and weld together? Any ideas for useful garage tools, I could build?
