Ended up using a hammer, it was on really tight. The insides weren't too bad. Sanded the housing, and gave it a paint job. I'll post results when its done

Picked up this keeway for 90€!! It even ran but kept choking once i pulled the throttle. Anyway, that's no problem. Took the engine out and cleaned the cvt and carb. Need to switch the clutch springs from my old one and order a new spark coil/70cc kit. Also my friend has a sport exhaust layin around so should be good

I trashed the seals myself because i have a new set laying around somewhere, or i will get a new pair with the crank bearings. Hope i didn't fuck up the crank too bad if those scratches were done by me I was kinda violent with them knowing that i have new ones avaible, but i don't remember prying them from the crank but the casing Also an update on my 'project', didn't have a scooter for it yet so i managed to find a keeway r6 for pocket change that should fit my project perfectly. going to take a look tomorrow

This is my first post here, i found this forum couple days ago when i was looking at current pricing of parts for these engines and since i have one that's been sitting around for a year or so i decided to pick up a little fun project. Pretty much stripped out the engine from what's left, i really have to build it from the ground up. Block, crankshaft (pretty much new, the engine has been rebuilt and the guy i bought it from seized it, bearings were ok but there was too much crap inside the motor), worn clutch but it has great springs im going to reuse. I'm trying to identify this crankshaft, i doubt it's original. It feels like new, has no play.
