Usmcdoc was working on a customers 4t and needed a stock head for it. His customer was a fellow vet and he was trying to help a guy in need and doing the work for free.

I thought you meant on mine! Sorry, early morning brain farts. Well, I can see if I can get time to take a look at the black one this weekend? Shitty weather means my Saturday plans may be postponed till Sunday, which also means I won't be able to do anything with the scoots more than likely too. Too many things to have to do outside and not enough light/good weather & time to do it. *sigh* But I can try.

I got the parts from Oldgeek today. Filed a bit on the crank to get the pulley on and it's back together and quiet. The boss is smaller than the recess on the fixed pulley but everything is tight. I imagine it will get a new variator in time so it's good for now. Come get it Jhobe.
