You did good to get that far with one! You need at least two. Be careful not to pinch the inner tube between the tire and rim.

... Watch some videos and be patient. Don't tear the bead with that sharp pry bar. Some time the best thing to do is walk away and come back later.. I know.. I just changed a pair. I use windex but most swear by soapy water.

you almost got it. you could probably wlak it on with your feet and a little help from that crowbar.
also soap is your friend don't even attempt it without lube. also getting the tire hot will make it more pliable.

if you bolt it to the ground or a sturdy work surface to hold the wheel still that will help a lot.
if you do do that use a large washer between the nut and the wheel to spread out the pressure on the wheel and not damage the hub

In the pics, you are fighting yourself. 3 Things, Take the valve out of the tube to remove pressure.(circled in red) You need to get the tire bead into the lowest part of the rim(circled in red) You will never get that tire on with the bead set in the top of the rim(circled in red in your pic) Don't be afraid to use soapy water to help the tire slide on easier(your pic shows the tire dry) If you don't believe me, you can watch Bob. Note everything Bob does, most has been mentioned in previous post.

I think Bob has super powers and therefore, can make this look easy while the rest of us have to struggle. OK, so I am kidding but...I need to replace my rear tire soon so, I appreciate seeing the info on how to do this.

Floyd, you are so close. Where your feet are located in the vid, or the opposite side of where you need to get the tire on the rim. You need to get the bead of the tire deep into the rim. The green arrows is where you need to get the tire bead to the center of the rim. Try getting on your hand and knees and locate your knees on the red circle of the tire and use your weight to push the tire bead to the center of the rim. Also take little bites with the tire irons, vs trying to move more of the tire on to the rim at once. Watch this vid. I know its a car tire, but he is doing exactly what I am trying to explain. @ 1:50, look how he is using his knees to get the tire bead to the center of the rim(where its the smallest diameter)
