I don't know of any bolt-on mufflers so it doesn't matter much what the muffler flange is. If you want more than just a sound increase, expansion chamber pipes are the way to go. They will require tuning the CVT (usually lighter rollers and stiffer clutch springs) to get the most out of them. Many don't have to change jetting, but I prefer to go over the carb tune to be safe. The stealth/street pipes may offer mild gains. You also need to choose a pipe that works with what you have for an engine setup. Don't buy the baddest high rev race pipe for a stock or mild engine and don't put a stealth low rev pipe on a race engine. scootertuning.ca/en/1104-exhaust-systems

Oh, sorry. I guess I always have performance stuff on my mind. Just the header section (the pipe) or the muffler or the whole deal? You may try a wanted ad in the classifieds.

1E40qmb - you can search yamaha jog/aerox or triton, keeway, lots of others. I believe partsforscooters has a stock replacement - look in street scooters -> exhausts -> 2 stroke. Should be the first one on the list

This should be in 4 stroke troubleshooting then. I'm less help in this area, check with dan50 or dexameth...

Is your engine a 139QMB? That is a 4 stroke. If you have triangle shaped flange, I just bought one off Ebay, American seller. This is the whole exhaust that I bought, but in their store they have the components. I am using this exhaust & muffler on my 47mm BBK, but it will also do good on a stock motor. Can you post pictures of your engine? Also look for a code stamped on it, usually on the left side. 2 stroke = 1E40QMB ('E' means 2 stroke). 4 stroke = 139QMB (there can be a 'P' on it as in 1P39QMB, same thing).

Most replacement exhausts will come with pipe and header. Make sure to find the right one... The gy6 50 motor or 139qmb has a longer extension and the end that connects to the head. A 150 pipe has a much shorter extension. It will bolt on but the swingarm will be in the way. I've purchased most of mine from eBay. Search 139qmb exhaust and you'll find so many.
