Athena makes a 80 kit. 47.6 bore with a 43 stroke. The big advantage is it fits stock 50cc cases without cutting and they recommend a c16 pipe with it. Available in liquid cooled and supposed to be in the 18 range. Should be a good street kit that doesn't need attention constantly

PIG used that kit with a TPR 77/86 pipe. As far I can recall there was an issue with the crank being out of true but I am sure he'll chime in and will tell you what he experienced with that kit first hand. The cylinder was super strong though and had no issues at all. PIG has meanwhile upgraded his engine and is currently running a Bidalot 86cc in combination with that TPR pipe. You might have to upgrade the pipe. I don't think a Pro Rep is enough for hyper race cylinders. Be aware that a good pipe can cost quickly $300+. Roost, Most, 2Fast, TPR 77/86 and Yasuni those are some of the higher grade brands.

Just make sure you check the cranks runout before you install it. It may need to be trued up. And your going to need a new pipe as tsimi mentioned, that pro/rep ain't gonna cut the cheese with that cylinder, it's a beast. FYI that cylinder like to run about 13,500 rpm, so plan accordingly

Did you order from the same place i did just curious how long it took . Can you guys tell me what size radiators would be better i found a set of dirtbike radiators for about $65 on ebay that go on a YZ 250 thinking about using those. i was just wondering if there was minimum size needed and what about a thermostat.. Also how about the carb ? I really want a new twist throttle i was thinking about going with a dirtbike carb like at least a 28mm with the dirtbike twist throttle and all i dont trust these cheaps chinese pieces of crap . What size is on yours pig

Don't forget that you'll be needing an inner rotor ignition. MVT makes a good one that produces electricity for the lighting circuit. You should get the Digital Direct. There's two versions, the DD06 and the DD19 (?). Not sure which version you would need, but either could be made to work I believe.

If you use the stock iggy,it'll have the wrong spark curve and the flywheel will start to break apart at its rivets at the extended RPM's..Follow the high end gurus suggestions closely!!!

Does it require any modifications to use the mvt iggy or is it a direct fit ?

Does it require any modifications to use the mvt iggy or is it a direct fit ? The MVT DD06 would be correct for your scoot, they are fairly simple to set up. I had one on my Keeway and still have the wiring colors around if you need it. You will have to set the timing but it's not all the hard to do. Set piston at tdc, rotate crank ccw .3-.6mm, install rotor, tighten and recheck. The inner rotor is needed for that cylinder.
