You have a Minarelli style motor so you can use an Aerox cylinder. They don't show it on your specific scoot because it's an air cooled motor. Of course you will have to make up your own cooling system, but you probably know that.

The 1PE40QMB is a minarelli clone, parts should be pretty easy to find. Polini, Malossi, Airsal, Stage 6, Naraku. Just a few brands that make goodies for this engine. You cam look here, and loose your mind making a decision.(and go broke too)

So when i order my parts i just order them for a aerox are their any other popular engines out there that are liquid cooled from the facrtory but the same as mine

Make sure you get the proper piston pin size..

Cylinders and cranks will fit. Intakes are the same too, I believe. The crank driven water pumps are hard to fit because the longer studs needed between flywheel and pump are hard to find. The Aerox uses shorter studs then clones and even the Zuma motor. They leak anyway so you're better off getting an electric pump. I doubt any of the Aerox final drive gears will fit your motor. +1 on what 190mech said about piston pin size. Although I just assumed that you were getting a new crank as well. I have no experience with clone motors so I have no idea if there are any that are factory water cooled.

Crankcase will need machine work to fit those parts unless youve got the big cases already..

I mentioned in our messages that MHR 90's that I know of need the crazy expensive 42.3mm stroke, 90mm rod and 13mm piston pin. The two 90's that I know of are the older cylinder with single piece head (hard to find) and the new cylinder with two piece anodized head. They both use the same crank. Unless there is another MHR 90 that I don't know about that uses an 85mm rod?? Newer cylinder: scootertuning.ca/en/liquid-conversion/17089-cylinder-kit-malossi-mhr-team-testa-rossa-90cc.htmlOlder cylinder: Looked at maxiscoot, scooter attack, scoot-tuning and scootertuning and couldn't find one, but I'm sure there are a few still out there.

I dont know yet buddy im trying to figure all that out what do you guys recommend? i have a brand new stage 6 pro replica here ive never uses but i guess that wont work for what im trying to do will it .. As for the kit i thought i had found the right kit but rhe guy said now he doesnt even have anymore of them so thats out of the question .. Hes trying to sell me a malossi testa rossa kit and a stroker crank for $589 he claims it will put me about 30 hp i dont really need all that though guys that kit is too much trouble from what i hear ? i dont need something im going to have to rebuild every week i plan on putting about 75 miles on it every week i want something fast but reliable it doesnt have to be the baddest thing out there ... Anyone please point me in the right direction id like to keep the cylinder kit and crank under $500

Don't forget you'll need a pipe too.. if you're looking in the Hyper Race category you'll also need an upgraded ignition, radiators and a water pump, tach, temp gauge etc... it adds up. A decent air cooled 70cc setup can get you into the (true) 60mph range- plus you won't need to machine out your cases for the larger 90cc+ stuff....
EDIT: Sorry, I see you're looking to go liquid cooled. That opens up a lot of options. Are you looking to go to the 90cc stuff (machine the cases out for larger components) or stay in the 70cc category?

If your looking at the hyper race stuff you can expect to spend $1000 easy on all the components (cylinder, crank, bearings, seals, intake, reeds, carb, iggy, pipe, radiators, rad hose, gauges, jets for tuning, properly setup cvt, etc.) This isn't to scare you away from the higher end stuff, everyone loves speed. Just make sure your prepared.

Another thing worthwhile updating would be getting the primary and machined cover so you can run a 3 bearing support. Well needed I think. Brent has links in his build thread.
