I just wish everything on it would stop breaking, so I could ride it. They are known overseas especially in Asian countries, but over here all the Yiben stuff is rebranded. I found a picture of an actual dealership in Indonisia I believe, with the big Yiben sign over it.

Sounds like a vacuum problem to me. I had similar issues the other day. I had removed the plastic riser that sits between my intake manifold and top of cylinder.. with it removed the heat transfer made the inside of my manifold so hot that the vacuum line that controls my fuel pump had become loose.. allowing air to leak in.. so It had mimicked a lean condition along with lack of fuel.

I would really suggest a bigger jet on that thing though. Tough to read a plug when you're having those sort of issues.. do a plug chop.
When it's running good bring your 5/8 spark plug socket and ratchet.. warm it up.. stop on side of road.. take off plug and install brand new C7HSA (like 3 bucks at autozone) run it full bore for about a mile. Shut it off mid ride and stop as soon as u can. Pull plug and take a picture. I'd be surprised if you didn't have a while film on the top of your plug.
At least that will tell you about your jet setting..
That 50mm bore can go through some fuel though. Critical to know if you aren't running way lean!
Here for u dude! Get that thing going!

I bought an entire box of the ngk plugs, I also have a plug cleaning machine,so I remove the carbon crap from them, a lot of the modern additives in gas, conduct electricity, so plug fouling is much more critical of an issue then it used to be. I will do a plug chop later, I carry an entire collection of tools and parts under my seat, it's like old brittish bikes, you know something is gonna break, it's fix it or push it

I'm going to reset my idle mix too, it smells rich on starting and idle, even accounting for the enricher

Sounds awesome lol. When your auto enricher engages and disengages what happens? Will the scoot drop RPMs? Idle fine? Usually a good indication of carb settings as well

I was able to block off the auto enricher and remove it on my carb. Carb designs vary. Damn things are only good for headaches. I just set the idle a little rich and wait for it to warm up before I take off. Kind of like the old VW bug, -start it up and 'roll one' before you take off. Only with these scoots you can spend a few minutes getting your helmet and gloves on, etc.

it's dead again, I put everything back together, scooter wouldn't go over 20, now the ignition is dead again, no spark, it's not in my variator or belt, new rollers, new gates powerlink belt, low mileage Hoca blue spring, clutch is in good shape, torque driver recently cleaned and lubricated, it's in excellent shape. it wasn't doing this before, it was just shutting off, swapped the CDI and it ran again, it's got to be an intermittent pickup coil.
