I can not figure out what is wrong. Im totally stumped. I need some help.
i posted this on the other thread but it isnt getting attention.
the scooter wont start.
The battery is fully charged. i have a charger and i charge it every night after i troubleshoot.
i have removed the the black cable from the connector for the cdi to make sure the problem is NOT in the engine on switch or key cylinder
the engine oil has been changed and the stock airbox has been re installed
last i dumped the fuel in the tank and bought new 93 octane premium fuel (Now i was thinking today that the gas i bought was from the same station. So there is a chance that i may have bad gas)
I have changed: Spark plug Ignition coil (perfect) CDI(Tried 2 of them) (All seem to otherwise be fine) Stator (Tried 2 of them) (Both in spec) Sensor (3 of them) (one has below 5v) Carb (3 of them) (1 seemed to always be to rich)
I have tried drill starting which has always been easier than the normal electric start
I have test the valve lash. They are all in spec. I even readjusted them to be sure
I have done a compression test i get 120 PSI.
If any one can recommend another test please let me know

Did you verify you have spark? Take line off card to make sure you've got flow to carb? Do you smell gas when trying to start it?
If you've got fuel air and spark it should start... unless your jet is way off but even then..

I'll bet you don't want to read this, but if your Woodruff key that drives the stator "flywheel" shears you could end up with the situation you describe. You have fuel, compression & spark and that's all you need, normally. But if spark occurs at the wrong time it just doesn't matter. If you have a timing light you could check to see if it is firing at the right time.
I just reviewed what you wrote at first and see you have replaced the stator so you would know if the Woodruff key is OK. But maybe a quick check with a timing light might be helpful.
Good luck, Greg

1- Remove sparkplug, pour a soda cap of good quality fuel into plug hole. It should run a few seconds off this fuel.
2- Test spark with a spark tester to make sure it will jump 1/4 inch air gap. Mark TDC and check with a timing light to verify spark @ TDC - okay if 5-10 degrees before, TDC. But not in the after TDC range. (ignition base timing is usually judged by degrees BTDC)
3- 60 psi will start a motor, poorly. But will run @ 65 psi.
4- Clogged exhaust*, loosen pipe at flange. (create leak)
* (More often a 2-T problem, but will stop a 4-T from starting also.)
Example, Mud Dauber bees, have an affinity for nesting in scoot mufflers.

The new mufflers and their built in converters have all the clogging built in, I don't have the picture with me on phone, of what's inside of them. But I can't see any possible way of derestrict ING them , or unclogging them, the way the converter is made, once they are clogged they are done

I used a spark tester. The spark is good.
Ive never used a timing light. Never had to buy one. I guess I will nowm. I'm about to try some fresh fuel ill let you guys know
As for my exhaust being clogged.. Its not. I know because its a straight pipe

Yep. No dice.
Also instead of the light could i just use my slo-mo mode on my iphone and just let the spark plug ground in frame?
dont feel like spending $40 on a tool i only plan on using 1 time in my life.

You can "rent" a timing light for free from many auto parts stores. Check out your local O Reilly or Auto Zone.

Lol, yes, that's why I put rent in quotes; I should've been more specific. It's a great service if you only need a tool once in a blue moon.

Check if your kill switch is bad... My bad kill switch had me stumped for a minute until I bypassed it and the bike fired up!
