Yes the fuse is in shape. Also I used a timing gun imgur.com/a/7T6Dg.I couldnt take a picture while using the gun but I took note of where it was positioned it and took this photo. This is where it is fireing. Is that ok?

It's acceptable, but advanced. I had similar base timing (idle speed-2000RPM) with aftermarket CDIs and it made them hard to start. If it's a stock CDI and advances much beyond that base reading, it could be too much and cause knock and other issues. youtu.be/p63JXW29tVo?t=4m7sAlso, that nut looks like it's in rough shape. Might wanna replace that next time you have it off.

This is a stock cdi replacement. I tried two of them and got the same result.
Should I get a adjustable cdi?

Lots of people use aftermarket CDIs and their base timing ends up there, but they start and run regularly. That shouldn't prevent it from starting, but it may make exaggerate any other issues.

I know the feeling mine is about to drive me crazy, now I have ignition pulses sometimes, and not sometimes, same with three pickup coils

Elaborate on those pulses please. I was having an issue at top speed WOT where my scoot would seem to lose spark for a second. Best way I can describe it

Elaborate on those pulses please. I was having an issue at top speed WOT where my scoot would seem to lose spark for a second. Best way I can describe it well I don't have any, then sometimes voltage for a couple of seconds, of course mine won't run,gap is good etc,so no voltage straight from the pickup, also are your wires on the CDI loose when plugged in? I had to de pin mine and bend the tabs back to make a solid connection, they use very poor pin materials ,also if the locking tab is loose in the plug body, sometimes the female part of the pin in the plug can back off the male part in the cdi and become loose, this seems to be universal in chinese products
