As 190 said, we don't have 100cc class Minarellis here too much. I'm looking forward to checking out any pics and vids and info you care to share as well. Also, we like big engines just fine here so I doubt you'll be told to go get a 50 unless something you tell us makes us think that's a path you should take. Mine are 50/90 based, but I usually ride 96-103cc strokers. Cost is the main thing that has prevented me from ever trying the 100cc Aerox/BWS/Grand Axis.... engine platform. Not being sold in scooters in the US, they are tough to come by and overseas shipping on everything makes them really cost prohibitive. I've mostly seen pics of them in Honda Ruckus builds on occasion, but those are often done with huge budgets and sadly little detail shared about the performance.

Welcome to the forum. Will be interesting to see where you go with this. The General opinion is the 50 is far better to tune, but don't let that stop you. I know when I looked into it years ago there were very few kits. And only low performance options.u Good luck with the build.

I like the big motors myself. They don't Rev like the 70's but they make great street rides. I would be interested in more details on that cylinder kit you are using and what your port timings end up at when you put it together. As Brent said the 100cc Yamaha stuff doesn't exist stateside unless you spend big money on shipping and even then it is hard to get someone to ship a motor across the pond. I've seen one set of aerox 100 cases in person, they were used, bare and about 400 usd shipped. Keep us posted

The bearings should fit the cases tightly, using shim stock around the bearing can be used..I'd stick with good quality all steel bearings..

Never run the malossi reeds myself, so no clue what you have. There's a good chance someone else here might know though.
