Sweet deal. Must be an 08 or 11 being white. Boatparts.net. ? Think that's where I called for mine. New panels are real cheep. I had to actually call and have them search because I couldn't find white in 08. They found it listed as 2011 the other year they used that color. I think every piece of plastic on it would come out to less than 200 bucks shipped. Good bikes and they run, handle and stop well. If you can't hear the exhaust note go soft as it hits the Rev limiter the fuel pump is probably week. With a new 30 dollar ebay pump mine will bury the speedo and lay against the Rev limiter with dad at 5 foot 7 and 240lbs on it. Should gps at about 40 to 41mph stock

Yeah a saw plastic are much less expensive that the Honda stuff. You have a link to the pump ? Does anyone make an aftermarket unlimited CDI for it?

I did an eBay search when I needed it. They are cheep. The fuel injected vino,Zuma and c3 use the same pump. Easy to change. You don't want an unlimited cdi. The only one I know of is only good for another 250rpm. Yamaha had crank issues with the 07 c3's and I'm guessing the cut the rpm back slightly to cure it. They make enough power to lay on the limiter. My opinion is up gears, cvt tune (they really have heavy rollers stock, the motor doesn't wake up until the cvt is maxed out)and stiffer clutch springs. I don't know how long the belt is in these but I was considering an over range of I could get the right belt to make it work

C3's are great scoots. I have a friend that has one as a daily rider and it never lets her down.I almost picked one up but could only afford the BV250 the guy was selling not both. I do always have an eye out though.

  OK. Pulled ok that custom front cover assuming I'd find a bird's nest of wires but it looks like the PO only cut the headlight wires. Easy fix. I picked up a service manual from ebay. This will be fun..... |
