Maybe if you tie one end to a big tree and the other to a come-along it may stretch a little. Here's one for the price of a new Chinese scoot for a fat tire and stretch : www.smallfastthings.com/product-page/50cc-gy6-fatty-conversion-kitHere's a 50 to 150 fatty stretch kit for more than double that : www.monstergy6.com/product_MGY6_mounts.htmWhat I've seen people that didn't win the lottery do was to take a stock mount and use the front and back of it, but put longer tubes in to stretch it with some added bracing to be sure it's strong enough. Some build their own totally from scratch. The mount on the 139QMB isn't terribly complicated, so I think it's one of the easiest to stretch without having to buy expensive stuff if you have fabrication skills. May even be able to take a stock mount to a pro-welder or other fab shop and tell them you would like the mount to be ___ longer and sturdy. That could be expensive depending on the shop, but still would not run $600-$1,300.

For the price, I figured those stretch kits had an engine included.

It seems it would be less expensive to get a gy6 or 139qmb that is factory built for 12" wheels. If longer length is desired, at the prices noted, it seems cheaper to get a different machine. Maybe I miss the point, but I see no value in either of the two products. To my fine eye(ha) they look as if someone made a mistake at the factory... tom

Anyone thought about using parts off a IceBear Maddog or TaoTao Cruiser....those have a "factory" stretch.

If there any welder/ fabricator shops close by , maybe bring them your lower mount & have them extend it? Just an idea. You may have to relocate rear shock mount depending on stretch...not to mention longer cables etc.
