I have a 50cc. My question is are all 50cc scooter seats and wheels/tires universal. I am purchasing a new seat and wheels with new tires off of Craigslist and was wondering if they will fit my scooter.

No. They are not all universal.
Your tires have numbers on the sidewall (the side of the tire) that indicate the size. It will read something like “3.5 x 10” or “90/110”.
Your seat is made for your scooter. You haven’t said what make or model it is, but if you google it, you’ll be able to find replacement parts, and the owner/user manual, WHICH EVERY SCOOTER OWNER SHOULD READ (not yelling at you, just yelling).
Look inside the manual, and you will find all the information that pertains to your scooter: oil type, and when to change it, spark plug, battery, tires, service schedules, etc. It’s the same for cars, bicycles, microwaves, and most other consumer items.

to add a bit. Many of the seats are interchangeable. Not all. There are pictures of the multiple sizes of tires fitted with 4-5 side-by-side in the technical section. Generally, there are two 10" wheel size tires fitted, one fatter than the other, which is fitted to the 'more expensive' rather than 'base' machines. Mounting the tires to the wheels is quite a task. They are small, and don't have a lot of leeway when you try to get the bead to fit into the 'valley' of the rim to gain that little bit of effective diameter. Took hours. tom
Two common sizes are 3.00 - 10 and 3.50 - 10, and if you purchase from taotaodirect.com, you are paying more than other sites will charge.
