Hello. Has anybody experience with this kit: Naraku 52,4mm 90cc inc. Head.
If so does it hold up? Or does it wear out quickly?
Cheers Mag.

I have that kit installed on my bike. 5600+ miles and still going strong. It's the best of the best.

Yes, highest quality and largest kit made for that engine. Coated piston for better lubrication and longevity, domed piston for more power, made in Taiwan, all in all the best kit. Want even more power though? Check this kit out. Will be 94.9cc, almost a full 100% gain!

Good to hear! I just bought the kit along with a new crank. Just as spoof how many hp do you think it would put out best case scenario? Around 5hp at 8000 rpm?

I'd say that's a good estimate, but it all depends on cam, carb/intake setup w/ jetting, timing etc.
But, stock everything with that kit I'd say 4ish maaaaybe 5. 5 stroked.

Im really struggling to find a real performance camshaft. You wouldn't happen to know where I can find one?
There is alot of camshaft out there claming to improve performance. I would just like to find one with a little more lift.

Don't go more lift, really. You risk slamming the valves into the piston. Our SSP-G cam has longer duration and is timed better than stock, but uses the same lift. I was previously using the Growsun A9 (which I did notice a gain from stock) and now I use that SSP-G cam and instantly saw a low-end gain with no loss of top end. I like it. David Bullock has a new cam out on the market, he's a good GY6 engine builder who made a hybrid 284cc out of a GY6 and Cygnus motors, and he claims his cam adds +1 horsepower ALONE.

Duration is what I meant, I wouldn't risk going with a cam with a higher lift. Have you measured the ssp-g cam and compared it to the stock camshaft?
When will this new camshaft be available, do you know?

Both the SSP-G cam and Bullock's cam are available. I don't sell Bullock's though. They both retail for $49.99. Our Specs: Intake Lobe (widest point): 25.7mm Exhaust Lobe (widest point): 25.6mm Pretty much exactly like stock, just better timing for the valves. Opens the intake sooner. If you put stock next to the SSP-G one you can see the lobe clocking is WAY different between the two.

Cool thats what I'm looking for. But man if I were to buy the camshaft from you, it would total 100$ due to the import taxes. There seems to be none available in europe, at least not ones that are made in taiwan. Naraku has stop producing them and ssp-g hasn't made journey to europe yet..

Have you installed a 17/49 final gearing?

Have you installed a 17/49 final gearing? I did, back when I went to the 50mm setup. Have had it on ever since. Thinking about going larger now...

And how is your take off now, from stand still, with a 17/49 gearing and 90cc naraku kit? I am asking because I used to have the gears with my 80cc airsal kit and take off was lame, so I switched back to stock gearing. But now, I feel that the scooter is howling at 55 kmh, so I was thinking to go back again to the 17/49. And maybe go for the 90cc kit.

I run the SSP-G 52mm cylinder and an upgraded 52mm piston that is no longer sold with the stroker crank, I don't run the Naraku kit.
