Here's one from a while back, just after I left Cici's Pizza. Had some random people ask to see a wheelie, they weren't expecting this. Now that I think about it, this was before the stroker crank... Edit: can't find the full clip, but this will do.

Good question! I have one, but have not installed it yet. I really thought I was going to need it to keep everything cooler with the high compression and whatnot but I never got around to fabbing up a bracket to connect it to the scooter. Even riding all day long in the 95 degree Florida heat I haven't had any issues. I do run the OKO cooling fan which has larger fins and are "backwards" for higher volume of air, seems to work just fine.
I might just hook that thing up now that you reminded me that I have it haha

Yeah I also got one of those fans, I also plan to wrap the exhaust pipe. So you dont think it would be necessary with an oil cooler?
Do you know what your average cht is?

I wish I knew. Not really too concerned about it though. I will eventually wrap the exhaust too, honestly never something I thought about til I started noticing it on bigger bikes. Koso does make some really nice speedometer units that have all the info you'll need, also tachometers and what-have-you.
It would kinda be fun to do some CHT tests with stock/oko/and those "turbo" fans to see what kinda readings we get. Maybe a project down the line, but again nothing too concerning right now.

How does she run? ncy 52.4mm kit some Chinese big valve head which I ported allot bigger and an 24mm carb with the intake ported she's running on ice now tho but I have to get a main jet kit before I throw it under the scoot. (there will be an stock exhaust on there so that will be te bottle neck I guess. so ill drill some holes and tap some thread in there so make it adjustable. ah and almost forgot to mention it has an jasil crank in there.. should be good stuff so I expect the head to fail first ;D

Only Naraku makes the 52.4mm kit. Yours is only 52mm, like mine. Sounds good so far. I have the stroker crank and actually used a stock exhaust for a while. Throttle response was slightly slower, but could still wheelie and maintain 52mph easy.

Throttle response was slightly slower, but could still wheelie and maintain 52mph easy. ah didnt know that yet. and well for the top speed. it really doesn't need to be high. the scoot is only allowed to go 16mph xD and unofficialy 22mph so it will be installed for the pure torque. an 72cc kit would be plenty but ive already had that so I wanted something new xD and damn 52mph. thats a good speed when I have a car ill probably also put an 90cc on my kymco agility. now its already decently fast compared to stock. and its already given weird faces at scooter meetings I was passing them on an scooter that is normally pretty slow. same will be with the 90cc build then. an normally really slow scoot that secretly breathe's fire ;D Ah and for safety. how weird it may sounds. with 2 heavy weights its kind of scary to cross a busy road. just because it doesn't have power to get away. I love sleepers.

I have this kit on an agility 16, I am currently maxing out at about 45kmh, I have an 18.5mm carb and a 24mm carb, any suggestions on which carb to go for and main jet size, also I have a technigas silent pro could this be the problem, I haven't installed a tach but I will do soon. I'm guessing this has to be something to do with my CDI, Gearing, or spark, cam shaft, or rocker assembly. EVERYTHING ELSE has been changed including CDI, HV coil/lead, irridium plug, COMPLETE CVT, I also have a 24mm intake manifold V2 Naraku, and the red naraku intake spacer jetflow that goes from 24mm to 21, it runs like garbage with a #90 main jet (small carb) and garbage with the #102 jet that comes standard with the big 24mm Naraku recommended carb, I haven't got a set of M5 main jets to experiment with the big carb yet, but using the naraku 18.5mm with a #86 main seems to be the best so far? Any suggestions or advice for me, please, This scooter is doing MINIMUM 20KMH, less than what it should be right, it was originally limited to 25kmh but anything limiting it to that has been removed or changed, except gears. Also which starter motor should I buy because mine can't crank this bitch

Which kind of rocker assembly should I run with this kit, hi lift or standard? Or is the one specific for this kit?
