just so that it is here in an online repository for moped/scooter knowledge. the honda forum does not have much as far as pics showing a vert Zuma C16 on a honda vert block.
ScooterSwapShop produced a version several years ago but it is out of production. custom exhaust flange and custom bracket. i think it sold for around $400.
so i did my own research into fitment.
will it work, i dont know but so far so good and it looks like in the end, it will work. there are some mods that have to be done to the stock C16 but it looks like it is highly possible to do it without the special flange and bracket that SSS had on their C16 set up.
--this forum on ProBoards, it pulls quick hits on Google. just googling dd50 pics will probably bring up my dd50 engine build thread, leading people to 49ccScoot.com.
i am not going to show or go into full detail on how to do it because sooner or later, one of the hawaii Dio guys are going to lay claim to it, even though they did not put the brain work in to make it really happen. this is to get the info out to our forum guys that have honda type 2t engines (the Kymco guys) that want options for better pipes/exhausts.
can, can.

nice! I have a few different flanges to play with when I go to try my c16 on af16, but it's nice to see that with the original flange everything fits without any clearance issues. I've just been to busy riding my Elite to pull the v8 and start looking at fitment.

Sweet. I've always wondered how close these vert motors are to each other. I have a feeling the prebug vert pipes will fit the af05e aero motor too with slight modification.

chadbullet, jbjhillbilly, and benji, ya'll can thank 190mech for this Madness. lol he was the one that recommended the C16 after i ported my Taida 50mm bore to Corsa exhaust timing. i blame it all on 190mech.

Great info. It opens up a big bunch of potential pipes that would work without serious modifications.

it really got me thinking about getting dio Polini Corsa bore and porting it to same timings as a Polini Evo2 (minarelli) and then mating that to a Zuma vertical Polini Evo pipe, but i would run it single ring like the Evo2. would have to do some serious flow work on the Dio engine case.

That should get you at least in the 200mph range! You are getting you miles per hour, and kilometres an hour mixed up surely?🤔
