Hi folks. New (ish) guy here just coming to see if there might be enough info here to glean that I might be able to build a decent scoot. Nothing fancy, but decent looking and can get out of its own way. Chime in if you might have a link or two that I can scroll through. Thanks.

 Maybe! I looked at the speed list and see a freaking 70cc doing damn near 90mph. That's as crazy as ... eh, it's just nuts. But I have to start all over again because I have no scoots left. Thinking a small frame Vespa with a rotary valve like this... Posted it before but I'm sure many new people have never seen it
