Тhe cranckshaft is stock,and good for some 70cc sport kits if there is no a lot off miles on it. The variator boss i 21mm(16mm crank) The clutch is 110mm(stock) Clutch bell 112mm (stock)
If you want to put aftermarket clutch go for 107mm from yamaha/minarelli.

Ok this is the carb when I opened,the float was not paralel. The carb has no junk,check the jets all are ok. the float,has stop tab when open,i dident adjust this After adjusting the float paralel with the carb But now the engine wont start,there is no fuel in the cylinder,the spark plug is dry,the vacum petel works ok,i replaced with new,all hoses are replaced.

Why don't you torque the bolts by feel,I never use torque wrench on small size bolts.

1mm squish is best for AC 2stroke engine i think.

90GTVert you are a technical dude,you can use some software to Analise and tune your budget cylinders and make the most of them,on our local forum their is a guy who use this software to Analise and port cylinders and the gains are very good. www.porting-programs.com/

I bought a new pipe today,it is a Giannelli Rekord,same as the Giannelli Reverse only the silencer is the difference,has a small dent on the bottom i will have to fix that.

14mm snorlkel 70# jet size will work best with the zxr,put 4gr roller weigts white contra spring from malossi and green springs for the clutch also from malossi.
