Go with the tire's recommended pressure. Usually you want to be at least 25-30 psi, if not better. I don't know how your running 2-3 psi... I have 3.0psi front and back.
Here's what i am getting not running over grooves intentionally, however if i get into that is way smaller and not so deep my angle change perhaps cuz contact path is very small (over inflated).

Deflate the tires that could help as well giving you more contact with the road. DONT FUCKIN DO THIS!!! You'll wreck.. low tires give sketchy traction at best. I know, I went down once because of a low front tire. Inflate properly- whatever is suggested. I actually run HIGHER psi than normal. Never run low tire pressure I had handling issues on dry road with low front tire pressure as well, however i am not sure what tire pressure it was.
some Chinese scooters specs call for 2.1psi front i'd imagine having anywhere between 2.4-3.0 psi is fine.
I currently run close to 3psi and my contact path is bit small when i ride into the groove i.e. recessed part of the road surface that go along the road (left by car tire or truck) my scooter goes at angle i think this due to very small contact path.
this what i mean sometimes its small track left by tire of heavy car

I think this some kids from outskirts of LA come to downtown for a ride, i was doing delivery and tried to follow them to capture some footage however they have no license plates and jump red lights probably have no driving license either.
Their bike stink so bad following them for few minutes i got a headache.

Watched commercial this seem to work okay however its still a passive protection, you should use your common sense and dont wait that this will protect you. Also i'd add extra stop lights to the scooter and also a side lights perhaps a neon light under would be even more efficient.
Stop / turn light bar on crate and license plate.

Same home depot parking lot as before and similar type of indecent.
I woke up and fridge was empty, decided to stock on the food around 10pm and spend night on my computer, was cloudy and weather report yet again said there wont be rain i went to the store and rain hit almost instantly.
Went to second grocery store and parked underground at home depot parking lot.
Coming out of the parking i was going slow, lot was empty no cars however i did not realize pavement was concrete smooth surface as it was wet.
Getting out of parking lot since road was wet and could not see a stop sign before crossed it then instinctively hit brake, next thing i remember adrenaline boost so everything slowed down.
I was fully geared up with knee protection jacket and gloves so i did not panic much thought i about to land on my gear.
As my scooter went away from under me to the left i found myself in the air in the same position as i was riding like i sat down on the chair except there was no chair and i landed straight down on my ass.
I got no ass fat so nothing absorbed the hit my ass bone smashed on concrete, lower back was in pain.
Was on the floor for a like 5 minutes good thing someone stopped and helped me and got me an uber home.
One of the people who helped me said i should have deflated the tires when riding in the rain. So take this into consideration if you going to ride in the rain, i will not do it again.

Well if someone did not notice its a huge bump not a pothole.0
Was not following no one.
Had my glasses on however that bump was not visible at all from the side i was approaching its like its camouflaged on purpose.

Was changing to the right lane to make a fast turn next thing i know my scooter went in the air, i landed safely and continued riding.
This is the road quality in LA.

My red bag is permanently attached to scooter it does not come out of the trunk so its pretty clear i am a delivery person. Used to have this attached on the past scooter, it looks bit lame though so i took it off. Lame looks or not, did it work?? I mean it can't take longer than 60 seconds to make a delivery. Sounds like an excuse just to futz with it. Hey man, just about all of us here like to futz, no excuse necessary.
All parking enforcement in LA are acting like they on power trip and love to give citations i don't want to stick near them to find out.
I mean they love to hurt poor man like me, they wont mess with delivery company.
going into apartment building in downtown taking elevator looking for the unit some buildings are pretty big, could take up to 5 minutes,
