It is like going to the best steak place and saying I think i will have a salad. Its all about parts cost and availability Chinese might not be the best quality, however parts are plenty and cheap, many mods available.
Italian scooters not chap, parts you order from very limited suppliers, limited number of customization options.
If i was in western Europe its similar income as in US, perhaps then i look towards more expensive Italian or Japanese brands, in eastern Europe minimal wage is 500 bucks a month so this is pretty limiting factor.
P.S. i made 6 hours a day deliveries on Chinese 49cc for many months and was pretty reliable people who complain about reliability are end users, ones who don't know how to turn bolts, so they end up paying others for even small things that i fix myself with great pleasure.

My son is in Helsinki and I harass him by sending him ads for stuff I’d buy if it were here in Savannah. Recently ran across a cheap rs125 I would love to have. Is there online classifieds website (like Craigslist) in Finland, or how do you find them?
Me personally i am not after speeds so i don't need 2t, i just want dirt cheap Chinese QMB139 i can rebuild.

Directbikes.co.uk do in the U.K. don't know of any others but most likely. I am in eastern Europe.
Prices on that dealer are way too high in US you can buy new Chinese scooter starting 650 USD + shipping. they go for 1000 UK pounds (which is about 1300 USD) + shipping.
I guess DirectBikes its more of a scooter brand since they stamp their logo on plastic parts...

I know in US there are plenty companies you can buy a new Chinese scooter and have it shipped to your home in a big box. Are there any online store that sells them in Europe?

Yeah after that Chinese scooter i built a bicycle with gasoline motor, bought broken vino for 250 then rebuilt and sold with some profit.
Now i got a car and garage and bunch of tools and now i hate myself for going back to dirty work, i just cannot stop this mechanical addiction.
Any advice how i can stop this buying cheap junk and fixing? Why am i so cheap. Why cannot i have good paying job i am computer programmer by the way, but instead i fix junk and i hate this because it takes so much time from other things, but i cannot seem to stop.

One more example i've seen recently is "Bellier B8" 0.5liters 4KW diesel.
My little Truck has a 638cc Mitsubishi swirl chamber Diesel engine in it, space for 2 people, automatic transmission, parking heater powered by Diesel and payload of 0.5t, but I upgraded shocks for 1 ton.. Is it Bellier Transporter?

I come across microcar by Chatenet recently and this car is so small but its tough to see from the picture 500cc engine, there's also Aixam who makes small cars in Europe.
Funny when i checked registration in open database i found this, not too far from a scooter. Category: four-wheeled moped Body: quadricycle vehicle Body colour: silver Engine: 505 cm 3 Engine power: 4 kW Fuel: Diesel Transmission: CVT Drivetrain: front wheel drive
On the down side it had "max speed 40KMH" sticker on rear window so pretty slow IMO, if i ever get microcar its for the weight advantage for fast acceleration i seen many Fiat 500 and similar sized cars that are super fast.
Its very small even compared to minicoop.

Tuning electric oil pumps are expensive like $100-300, plus they must be too powerful for scooter anyway, what oil pump you guys using for 157QMJ if i want to add large oil cooler?
Also cheap chinese pumps like this one say oil temperature cannot exceed 65 degrees, its because electic part overheats and burns out?

I wonder how a scooter with real ABS system would behave in this type of situation? Panic tapped on brake when my scooter went half way trough stop line.

Wet roads aren't a good place for any abrupt surges like grabbing a handful of the front brake. Most scoots are super light in the front anyway. Not saying it's your fault though; stuff happens. You can find mixed thoughts online about tire pressure for riding in the rain where some say to lower it for a larger contact patch and some say to raise it for a smaller contact patch. I leave mine wherever they normally are. The only times I've lowered my tire pressure was just in the rear tire trying to get straight line traction on dirt or snow. Mostly, just slow down and try to be more gentle. Leave a little extra room between you and the car in front of you and stuff like that. Try not to mix brake or heavy throttle with turning. Avoid painted lines, metal surfaces, oil spots, or anything else that's extra slick as much as you can. Anyway, hope you feel better. Panic braking. I got quick reaction that failed me that time, my mind was on something else i guess.
Took only half a second also i did not even realize it skid until it went from under me.
