squish is at .74mm so that should be good. cylinder is 14:1 compression at .6mm squish. so this should be fine to run on 91 pump gas. last part comes tomorrow and i dont have to be to work till 2pm so i should be able to ride this baby to work!!!  |

Runs good but un sure on jetting I've been playing with it. I have a 104 mj and a 42 idle what do you guys think. Plug looks lean to me. Going to try a 106.

Decided to be crazy and I put a 98 in and someone's home now haha. Gona go one down which is what the streetrace cylinder had in it? Maybe the pipe is holding this thing back?
EDIT the float was sticking flooding out the engine. im at a 108 and getting good color gona be nice to it on my way to work tonight. this thing pulls like a train haha!

You might be slightly hindered of your goal with that pipe? I dunno..
Otherwise, it sounds ok for the first start. Rich, but rich is good on breakin. Way better than lean!

Scoots super doggy with jetting in it. i wanna lean it up but im forcing my self to wait till its broken in more. I maybe have a gallon of gas threw it. Lol

Man, I cant even start my scoot in the garage or the whole house will stink!
Looks like a fun ride! That pipeople sounds good, must not have internal baffle? I would prefer my scoot sounded like my old atvs.
