thank you. yes its a little bar. im going to have to reweld some stuff. welder was welding like shit! my brother has a gas mig so ill be using that once he has time.

did some practice passes with the sliver beast. didnt really get any good passes its got a bog off the line. hopfully he gets it figured out before TNG! will be starting on the wiring harness tomorrow! should run this week!

i the bike all wired up. modified the throttle cable to work with the stock spree and the dell carb. go to put the piston on.... and i have 12mm wrise pin :?? damnit! i wanted to hear this bitch run tonight!

I love when bikes look stock with just subtle differences. Gonna look sweet when u get the plastics back on and cleaned up. One thing I would be concerned with are your welds. That engine mount doesn't look too safe to me. Looks like you didnt get any penetration. I think you need to turn the amperage up and grind off some rust before welding. Looks good though, please fix those welds!

yes this week im using my brothers gas mig welder on it. i never planed to even go on a test ride with those welds. thank you for your feedback

sorry i never got back to you for the mount pics on hondaspree! its looking good though brother man! i think my engine sits a few inches higher. make sure you double up on your grounds or use some thick wire. fyi the stock spree harness works with these motors just wire it up at the motor. if you ever switch to a zuma crank i got all the info you need.   |
