you are sitting up higher than me. but i want stock ride height, as i drive off road sometimes. i completely built my own harness for the scooter. only have headlight and tail/brake light now. the harness works with a 139qmb gy6 as well. im doing a higher end build this winter so maybe i will need that swap info. thanks! rewelding the welds tomorrow! lets hope that the pistons comes Wednesday!!!!

PFS #161-18 are supposed to be for these and Scrappy carries some as well. I've bought 2 sets so far, one from Scrappy and one from eBay, and neither had the grooved setup that fits on the pin like stock. Looks like the one from PFS doesn't either in the pic. If anyone knows where to get them like original (or better material) I'd be interested as well. Maybe it's not a big deal and they'd be fine, but it annoys me.

first test drive was a bust! started with a 98 main biggest one i have. hits a big bog. so i worked my way trying every main jet i have and the smallest i have is a 90 and thats to big. so ill have to order an 80 jet set. also what filter does everyone use?

I use the stock airbox, stock filter element, but remove the snorkel with larger than stock carbs.

best i got it to run was with an 82 (note my 80 set of jets didnt get here yet) with the choke on. i seal my intake with some rtv stuff. so hopefully i get a new intake and my jets should be here tomorrow and im think about an 85 main should do it. its already trying to pull wheelies
