I dont know if someone else started this thread already, but I was just curious how many of us here on 49ccscoot ride/own motorcycles. You know... not step thru frame, not twist and go, etc.... Here Ill start it off... Other than my scoots I have my FZ-09 And I have my intruder that I have made my project bike... Its going to be a cafe/ bobber type thing.. Heres how she sits now mostly stock but with clip ons, sissy bar delete, 19" front wheel, cobra pipes, and a small dress up items. A loooong way to go lol

Yes I enjoy both dirt bikes & street bikes. The scoot is just fun especially in the inner city. You have to keep me posted on your café build! You should check out the Cannonball 113 in builds, I'd love to hear your input , thoughts and suggestions. Nice rides birdman! :thumb:

I have had quite a few bikes, both on and off road. At the moment the bike is the only two wheeled vehicle on the road as I don't have the money to finish the scooter build yet. I have a Honda Hornet, I think its called a CB599 over in the U.S.

My first bike was a 70 cc Honda I've had everything from 50 to 1100cc since. For short runs the scooter is just so much easier and lots of fun at speeds that don't put me in jail. Yamaha RD 350 and my GT750 lc 2t triple are lots of fun but hard on gas. Got a bunch of Honda CB and CL 350 one a 4 cylinder but the small Honda 125 to 200cc street bikes are like the scooters ride them hard and not go to jail lol

I was always into the old cb350's & rd350 , these used to be a dime a dozen , now demand big bucks.

Birdman,
I really like the FZ 09 but I'm not looking for another motorcycle at this time. I would love to ride one. I live in NE Georgia and have some of the best twisties on the planet. My wife has a Suzuki S50 Boulevard that is similar to your Intruder. It's a shame we don't live closer to each other. We could ride together.

I was always into the old cb350's & rd350 , these used to be a dime a dozen , now demand big bucks. At one point you could not give the RD's away now even basket cases go for good money. In hindsight we should of brought all the standard RD pipes that people were throwing away in the 80's That FZ1 looks mint
