You could possibly sew in a new back panel that wraps around both sides, lots of old school motorcycle seats were done this way, superglue bonds real well to vinyl also.. Funny- that's exactly what I was thinking of doing! I have some marine vinyl but it's white- would probably look pretty good if I did it just right.

Slapped my plate on the Zuma today and took it out for a proper thrashing! I burned through half a tank of fuel and had a blast! Moofus is right though, this thing is a bit cramped for extended driving. I went down a little dirt road and had some fun drifting! It's a shame these gears are so darned short- won't budge past 37mph, but it's got a lot of power with the Airsal BBK. She'll roast the tire on pavement and get sideways taking off in the dirt lol. I'm still to sceered to try wheelies- not that I'll get hurt but that I'll wipe out and make myself a bunch more work to do haha.

Lol. I put my plate on my Zuma. Once. It's too damn slow and I'm too damn scared of scratching it or worse. Mines stock and it pulls my head back for a second with those gears but then it poops out. It sure looks pretty though.

I may have struck up a deal: A trade of 2000 (non-running) pre-bug Zuma plus $550 cash. Not the best deal but not the worst! I'll be checking it out at 10am tomorrow...

I was looking into doing a prebug build. There is a kit made to convert mounting a horizontal engine. Does it have a title? Good luck!

Sweet! Congrats on a heck of a deal. I think the Leo Vince GP is the coolest looking pipe for scoots. Polished up it's a show piece. Not the best performance exhaust for sure, but it works well for a tame sport build and doesn't kill the bottom end... which could be fun on a scoot known for wheelies.

Actually I was thinking of asking: Do you think the GP would be an ok pipe for the 90cc? I have a Technigas I could put on the pre-bug... of course I'll have to play around with the GP vs. the Technigas on the Zuma- I may not want to sacrifice the bottom end on a wheelie machine!

I'm not good with years and styles, but I thought those were both vertical Minarelli engines, so the pipes don't work on horizontals.

So, did you have a horseshoe surgically implanted in your butt, or did you get kicked in the butt by a horse? Awesome deal! By the way, there is a Yamaha Vino on feebay that is in Orlando that might be worth checking out!
