Coolz. I found a Hoca Variator on feebay for $30 shipped. A few more bucks towards some gears. If I ever decide on some that is.

I've gotten my stud kits from partsforscooters. I know that doesn't help you now but they have them. Where did you order from?

I was at Ace Hardware today and they sell the M6 studs just like the exhaust studs we use. They seemed kinda expensive- something like $4 each and they weren't pretty stainless either but they have 'em!
