You can run whatever size clutch and bell as long as they match. I've seen 13k rpms but I think 12.5 is about max.

OK sweet because I didn't see many clutch's for the 112mm like mine, awesome if I can hit 12k that will most likely give me a few more mph I bet..max so far is about 66 at 11k,with an app on my phone anyway.

Moofus has one. Of coarse he does. Lol! Can you compare yours to his in the pic? This is the TG next r 100cc pipe. Some of the straight sections weren't round from the Bender used so I tried to average them. Header id 24mm 29mm 76mm 29mm 32mm 172mm 32mm 35mm 82mm 35mm 39mm 100mm 62mm 62mm 119mm 89mm 89mm 61mm 89mm 89mm 155mm 23mm 23mm 16mm 23mm (end of cone had short straight section) 20mm 198mm 20mm I didn't pull the silencer off but if you need me to recheck anything or need more info or pics I'd be happy to help. I'll get the pro done this week end The first 3 sections had no taper they just put them togather and filled the gap with weld Thanks I hope this is helpful Brian Read more: 49ccscoot.proboards.com/conversation/22759#ixzz3OlbvzTLKJohn's evaluation of the numbers Yeah!Any steps in a pipe is bad news for performance..The cone angles are super old school(60's)..After the stepped head pipe we have a fairly constant angle of 6.5 degrees for the difuser cone(front),after the spacer(belly) its 12 degrees for the baffle cone(rear),,the short straight section in the baffle at the stinger end is for the fitters to have a place to jam the stingers in! The Yasuni C-16 has the following angles; Head pipe 1.6 deg 1st stage diffuser 4.8 deg 2nd stage diffuser 5.8 deg 3rd stage diffuser 8.8 deg spacer/belly----- 1st stage baffle 5.8 deg 2nd stage baffle 12.7 deg Lots more angles there, but thats what makes a great pipe.. I guess the best low buck improvement for the TG Nextr 100cc would be to hack the headpipe off and work to make the transitions smoother..Dont know if its worth the effort though.. I think a C-16 would make a great 100cc Mina pipe,,Ive never tried it,but the dimensions look like it would.. I think you'd want a race pipe. The C16 is a mid race pipe IMO. Great for your current setup and still very streetable. Roost makes an R/T pipe for the R/T cylinder, C21, C30, R1400 etc. the C16 may limit the revs and make it more streetable IDK. I don't understand the science of pipes yet.

Get some advise from the members who know more. Unless you can afford to test and hope 4 hundred dollar pipes.

I think S6 claims 20-22HP for the R/T 70cc and Polini says 27-30HP for the Big Evo. All would be ideal state of tune. The 94cc should have more torque. Make sure you decide exactly what the whole setup will be before buying anything because of course they use different supporting parts. Don't buy any standard exhaust for these kits since they use a different header flange.
