What kind of gain will I see if I bought an internal rotor ignition on with my build?

Quick throttle response and adjustable ignition timing. Some have no lighting output and should be avoided for a street scooter.

Sweet also do you think my 28mm keihin will do well with the new cylinder? Or do I need a bigger carb?

What I've seen posted/recommended is 28-34mm so I'd think you'll be fine.

Question about the cases let's say I didn't make it perfectly smooth will that effect the flow?I mean I did the best I could with a carbid bit and flapwheels and sanding drums ya know...

They don't need to be polished, and probably shouldn't be. I don't recall seeing it mentioned in anything I've read about two-stroke cases, but on the inlet side where there's unburned fuel and air it's best to have a finish without bumps and ridges and such but a surface that has mild texture like from finishing with say 80-100 grit tools. Minor surface irregularities can make a turbulent boundary layer which could aid in improving flow elsewhere in the port and also reduce fuel puddling and increase fuel atomization. How much it matters with a crank and such sloshing around in there, I don't know.

No I recently got the mhr over range pully for free!!! I found it at my local shop in a box of goodies and the owner said I can have that old junk pully lol not knowing what he had I agreed...it has 3 groves instead of two like the hoca, and it measures 118mm od I love it I can finnaly use my over range belt!!I think its an older pully but is marked malossi, over range ,it fit great as well, I installed it last night..
