Not much to see though except for the speedo peaking out. Inside the description he wrote his specs. I cannot confirm if that really gets you to 80km/h but I'll try a similar setup on the weekend. Specs translated: - KN Kikaku Stage6 high speed variator kit - KN Kikaku roller weights 16x13 7gx6 - KN Kikaku strong belt I guess the 7020-L-SS belt - KN Kikaku after market clutch - KN Kikaku stronger clutch springs - Kitaco Super Torque Driver with straight grooves - Daytona stiffer center spring (3% up) - KN Kikaku G03X pipe - Kijima air funel (37mm diameter) - Main jet #90 - #8 iridium spark plug

Hey tsimi so I got those parts in installed the W7 needle its WAY bigger than the one i had if I'm reading right I had a W16 installed. oput 2T stuff back in and started with 40 idle and 90 main I have since gone up to 92 main but will probably go higher. my question is about your slide do you have a pic of the #40 as compared to the #30 I didn't order the slide the needle has seemed to make a huge difference and I'm running better than when I tried to have 2T stuff in without it but wondering about that slide. . . . lol.....

If the needle alone does the trick for you then its OK. Yeah you might need to go higher on the main jet because of your airbox modification. Look at page 17, 3rd post for slide comparison images. You could file down your 30 slide if you want but I can't be held responsible if something goes wrong. Corrosion files down a 40 slide to 45 because he says that gives him the best performance.

I get 70km GPS just with CDI swap (going slightly down hill). It does not sound like a lot an extra 10km/hr What would all those parts cost you listed above. I don't know why people by 50cc scoots and try and chase higher top speeds.

I wish I did not know about the 20% off Stage 6 gear. It is doing my head in. All I wanted was a pipe,belt, rollers and some springs. The pipe I was looking at is the Next-R or Yasumi Z as both seem to be ok with stock 50's. Now I am looking at the Stage 6 replica pipe and saying to myself I might as well get the stage 6 sports 70 as the pipe revs higher than a small off 50 needs. Then I say to myself I might as well get a 19mm dell and so on.
1. What else is needed to run the 19mm for eg cable choke and throttle, air in and out fittings, do you need a choke or not and then there is jetting idle, needle and main 2. How far can the stock TEIKEI 14 be pushed with jetting will it keep up without doing harm. 3. Would it be safe to say I would have a 10mm pin and not 12mm or is it a case of having to open her up.
Do you have the 105 2 show clutch. What springs are you using
I don't know, I am lost in all the details.

Hehehe.... looks like someone got bitten by the tuning bug. To run a normal, not racing 19mm Dellorto you gonna need the following, - Throttle wire swap to single wire. - AU 2stroke parts for the carb - A main jet set and a few pilot jets - pull choke by Stage6 or Polini - 2x 90 degree bendies for the wires - a 40 slide and a W7 needle - airbox adaptor 36mm The Stage6 racing Dellorto should have a 40 slide and W7 needle. Don't fall for the cheaper clones! A stage6 pipe needs a lot rpm to reach the power band so better use a Yasuni Z for stock 50cc or Yasuni R if you go for a 70cc kit. The Jogs stock oil pump can handle any sports grade Big Bore Kit so no need for premix unless you go with a mid-race kit or higher. I currently use a completely stock rear clutch, 2 shoes, stock springs. My Jog had a Teikei 16 carb which was OK to use with my 70cc Kit but if you want to unlock the 70ccs full potential you'll have to go up to 19mm or higher. The Dellorto 19 and 21mm fit on the stock intake. The Jog has a 10mm pin crank so if you don't want to change your crank you'll need a 10mm pin kit and also a new needle bearing. If you intend to run a mid-race kit or higher then you better go up to 12mm. At the end it is all a matter of how much $$$ you want to invest. I just wanted more power for hills and look where I ended up?

And the difference between the carburetors is color and the quick access to the main jet.
I've heard more bad than good about the Stage6 pipe.

(around $24 USD) Then I tried a Yasuni R pipe, same. My carb I ordered yesterday, same. I tell you those German shops rock! Already 2 shops that ship below $30 even for a big item like a pipe.

I am running a stock cylinder with a zx-r pipe and 19 MM carb on my jog. It does well over 50mph and has nice get up and go. I have a aftermarket cvt but haven't felt the need to install it.

Cool You have to change the oil hose to the carb the stock one won't reach, too short. Best would be a inner diameter of 2.5mm but they are kinda hard to get here in Japan so I went with a 3mm and tied it down with a small zip tie. The throttle setup is a pain in the ass. You have to first remove the stock 2 wire throttle and with remove I mean everything the whole long thing that goes through the Scooter. Then the other issue was that once I had the single wire in place I had a problem because I could accelerate by cranking the throttle either downwards or/and upwards which is very dangerous. If you want to save yourself some trouble just replace the whole throttle unit with a Stage6 one or you can find one at webike.net from Kitaco. If you still want to keep the stock unit then just do the same mod as I did and you'll be fine. I used a single throttle wire with a length of 1750mm which is a bit too long. Best would be something around 1500mm.

I will buy the belt, pipe, rollers and maybe the Melossi multi var which will mean getting 16x13 extra rollers instead of 15x12. Then I will assess what I need/want from there.
