Also it might not be a consideration for you, but the Stage6 pipe is LOUD!! I did not think my pro rep was any louder than a few other pipes I have had. You do need to get the revs up though so it might seem louder.

I have one on the Slider and its not a lot different to my standard aftermarket pipe. There is a lot of baffling inside the next r. I did find on the Pro rep that every so often the carbon silencer would come lose and make it louder.

Ok I am about to bite the bullet and buy the following Stage6 70 street race Stage6 pro rep Stage 6 21mm dellorto Stage6 10mm bearing Stage6 1500mm choke Stage6 88-110 main jets (comes with a 92 will start with a 95) Malossi x special belt Stage6 rollers 6.5g Stage6 soft contra should be stiffer than stock. Polini clutch Spring set for 2 shoe 105mm
I will put the belt on and install the rollers to get back to stock to set a base line. And put the rest in over time
I know that I will need to buy the following to set up the carb when all performance parts are on 90 bend (what size) Cable 1500mm New throttle tube to suit single cable Oil hose 1.5mm Pilot jets 38, 40, 42, 45 (comes with 50 will start with a 42) Slide 40 (if not already in) W6, W9 (comes with W7 and will leave in to start)
I will be leaving the stock CVT in for a while but Change the contra and clutch springs as needed.
The only questions are
1. What roller weights would I be looking to start with the above in and running 2. Is there anything I have missed
I will be following all the tutorials on the forum but may have some questions from time to time.
Looking forwards to doing the upgrades.

Get the next sized up jet kit as well, that kit might be fine, but you may end up with an engine like mine that loves a LOT of gas. I'm running a Malossi sport 70cc and 17.5mm Dellorto, currently it has a 108mj and I'm fairly sure it's still lean at WOT!
I'd also grab an assortment of different weight rollers to tune with, like cheap eBay ones, then once you find the weight that suits your set up replace them with decent ones. I'd suggest having some lighter weights on hand too, my Suzuki seems to like lighter weights (and more fuel) than comparable Yamaha builds, but I know 6.5g would be way too heavy for mine, even with the stock cylinder and just a CDI and pipe I was running a mix of 3.5 and 4g weights to get the revs up.

06jog First off I want to apologize to you and specially to your wife, if there is one, if my thread here has infected you with the tuning bug. It can be a curse this tuning stuff. Second, man I wish I would be in your position right now. It's like very early Christmas! If you run the Pro Rep pipe then you need to get those rpms up. I would get me roller weights like 3.5g, 4g, 4.5g and 5g and see how it goes. As I mentioned already, get additional circlips (2x pairs, Total 4pcs) they cost nothing and might save you a lot of trouble. You get 2 clips with the BBK but what if you over bend them or break them during the install? I am not familiar with the Dellorto Racing carb yet but I use 2 different 90 bendies, one 90 short and one 90 normal. Normal size for the choke wire and short for the throttle wire and even then you will have to break of a part of the plastic supporter under the seat bucket unit. (I can take pics if you need to see what I mean when the time comes.) The oil hose for the carb should have a 2.5mm inner diameter. I am not sure if it is wise to go with a Pro Rep pipe on a stock crank. From what I read that pipe needs some high rpms to get into power band. Maybe later you could get a Variator but that is not a priority. Man I envy you so much! I would love to have such budget right now. You don't want to buy me the exact same set?

Ok is see the item number on your links, same items that I posted. So I will be pulling the trigger on that crank and bearings today plus roller weights. Unless there is something else I should be getting or maybe master Lucass2T has something to say?
