They are coming off and you are welcome to them. I assume they will survive the removal process. If they do i'll send them out.
BTW parts are all in so hope to have it all done by early next week.
If Brent does not mind i'll keep updating here in the off-topic section.

;D :nana: Thanks wt.. Hopefully they will still be sellable..(they resemble the ones on my zx). I really dont care for the oem small grips, the aftermarket fattys on the zx are better for me on a ride

Well if you buy a 30 year old bike you have to think about parts availability. So - My parts store..... A year older than my first one, and with laces not mags and no title... But it runs and everything is there. (More in boxes in the garage) Video of it running. (And yes that's the tank from my "rider" providing fuel) When i went to buy my first bike from the guy he made ma a "bring a truck and it's yours" kind of offer on this parts one. Had been trying to sell it on CL with no takers. So this week i borrowed a truck and now i have 2! So do i try to get a title and finish the "Bobber"? (checked the vin and it seems to be clean.) Anyone ever gotten an "abandoned vehicle" title? Or something called a "bonded" title?

No parts.... Finish the bobber.. should only be a "load" of paperwork to file for a lost title.. Cost around $150 in n.c now

Got the Cafe fairing, drag bars. new grips and bar end mirrors on. Wish it was warmer than 15 with clear streets so i could ride it! Only thing i'll probably still do is better shocks. But she should be ready for a good long ride now.

:thumb: Knowin' you, I have no doubt it will get a thorough test ride ASAP. ;D I just realized you have 2 Kawasakis and one Kawasaki green scoot. You should probably drop a ZX14 engine in your Venus just to make it feel at home.

Ha that Kawasaki theme is kind of funny. Specially since it's totally accidental.
On the "Rat/Bobber" i was thinking of going with Kawasaki green but i think i'm gonna have to go red.

Love the faring and the handlebar, not entirely sold on the bar ends however. As long as your liking it thats all the maters. Its nice to see this progress into a badass bike!
