The DLH variator made a big diffrents.I got 6gr rollers in it but in switching to sliders soon.I don't have a GPS.but it seems really fast to me.I'd say in the 40s?but I'm not sure.sence I put on the bbk and that so called 20mm carb on its got a lot faster.

No I haven't ordered it yet. I'm going to as soon as I get a refund for this fake one I got from 02starrider. I'll let you know something then for sure. I didn't really notice the valves. I installed the high performance muffler first. Then the BBK and then a bigger valve head.. I definitely noticed a difference between the two heads though. Without the head the bike sounded "smaller". After the head it sounded much deeper.

Ya mine sounded deeper to. my scoot came with 69mm valves I texted stg yesterday asking if they sold a jet kit for that carb .and they said no they don't.but they use the 4mm jets.the 20mm carb I got from 02starrider uses the 5mm jets.OK ya let me no how that carb works out and let me no what you think of the DLH variator.

Ok i took a few pictures of some of the carbs i have. This one is the original factory carb that was on my scooter when i bought it. Its a You-all 20 mm carburetor. Here is a picture of the intake side: I does look a lot to me like 30/32 or 15/16 of an inch. 15/16 in mm gives me 23.8 mm. No sign of it being bored.

Commonly found on 150cc 4 stroke GY6. It is highly unusual for that to come from the factory on a 4 stroke 49cc scoot. This thread somewhat presumes 4 stroke 49cc scoots. Is that what that carb came stock on?
