Inflated tire, bead wasn't set right so I gotta lots of bubbles. Resettled bead and got her nice at 35 psi, tire recommends 40 but I was more surface area on the grind for my wheelies I'll sacrifice the extra speed for that. Fired her up and got a nice steady bog so no test run today, going shopping though will upjet tomorrow and get the carb tuned properly before work and ride out!!!!!

Went outside this morning to upjet the carb, got 3/4 screws out, decided to check my rear tire and it's flat again. So I put the 3 screws back in, grabbed my fishing pole and had a coworker pick me up lol!!!
90 engine is on hold as of right now. Gonna grab 2 new tires!!

Possibly, but I'd think it would also be hard to start. More likely it's lean.

Possibly, but I'd think it would also be hard to start. More likely it's lean. It's a pain to start, maybe 10-20 kicks and have to hold throttle wide open. And it won't idle very well no matter how the idle mixture screw is set.

Had a fun day today, had more time than I thought I would after work and before my wife and kid got home. Dropped the engine out of the scooter, without any jack stands or above head hoist to hold the frame. That was fun, but easier than imagined. I scraped all the old gaskets off and sanded it down!! Didn't get it perfect but it did the job. I even removed the cylinder rods for a better cleanup job!! Well 3 of 4, the 4th was stuck pretty good. I reinstalled them with red thread locker. I noticed as soon as I took the bbk it smelled like straight oil and a hint of gas. Maybe I didn't mix the premix good enough and since I'm almost out of gas it's all oil. There was also a puddle of gas/oil under the crank, why's that? Tomorrow I get to remove the tire, and replace the bad valve stem. Hoping I won't have to take the tire all the way off the rim to do this!!! that is my redneck rig replacing the top end soon though lol

A pressure washer is my favorite way, but I only do that when the engine is totally apart. Otherwise I just use a degreaser and scrub it.

Inside scrubbing it with dawn soap water in the ac to get it halfway done than go outside in the 95 degree no cloud weather to use the degreaser!! Lol thanks Brent.

So this is my cylinder flange with the exhaust and nut in there. Pretty redneck. painted the air box cover flat black and put 4 1/2" holes in it. how can I paint that shock without ruining the proper use of it?
