Had this scoot for about a year now, and havent done any upgrades, just replacing broken things. This is a folder of my scooter and my piston & head & fan that I believe is why my scoots not running right. drive.google.com/folder/d/0B7FOniHi2o3adFlQenJOMFAyWUU/editI decided to take off the panels because they were all ziptied and taped together, few time too many of laying it down. In the mail I have coming: 70cc bbk 1500 rpm clutch spring & torque spring Motor Mount Bushings Ignition Coil Voltage Regulator What I am currently searching for: Headlight & turn signals Performance Muffler Fan

Forgot to mention parts I have ready to install I got a free flow air filter and jet kit to tune carb. I am looking for a small headlight, not the one that goes with the storage compartment.

The stock fan is $5 at PFS (161-38).
The pipe needs to match the BBK you chose. If it's a mild kit then something like a Leo Vince ZX/ZX-R or Stage6 Pro Rep usually works well. You could also go with their street exhausts like the SP3 that will be less conspicuous. Usually they don't rob you of low end power like a traditional tuned pipe, but you won't get the big boost in higher RPM power. The exhausts mentioned are popular enough that I usually just google them and see where the lowest price happens to be. In busy areas you may see them pop up on craigslist from time to time. You can also check our classifieds section to see if any are for sale by members.

Thanks GTVert, would I have to do any modifications if I get an oversized fan?

Some shrouds fit them and some don't. If your current shroud has a bunch of room (guessing it doesn't from the fan hitting the shroud) you can prob use a 90cc fan... search for Polaris 90 fan on eBay and you can find them. Otherwise you'd need to buy a 90cc or other shroud with more room. kaseaparts.com carries them.

Got my parts yesterday, neighbors ended up taking the packages from delivery person and knocking on my door with them. Went to harbor freight and bought and impact wrench so hopefully tomorrow, if not monday, ill have the clutch springs(1500 rpm), torque spring(1500rpm), ignition coil, and motor mount bearings replaced. Im itching to get it done Parts I am looking for now, to purchase in a couple weeks(if I can wait) are an adjustable rear shock, curved handlebars or maybe even the straight bars with the little pad on the middle like ive seen on here, and possibly a performance exhaust if my stock doesnt work well with the bbk.

After a bunch of frustration, I ended up calling a buddy with a air compressed torque wrench and got the clutch apart. Springs are in, tomorow will consist of installing a new ignition coil, re-wiring to get my new voltage regulator working correctly with 90gtvert walkthrough and hopefully ill have bbk in time to get that installed!!

Tracking the bbk, its on the ups truck and will be delivered today, hopefully it comes after 1pm so I dont have to worry about the deliverer throwing it back on a shelf in the truck. Also going to throw my cvt case all back together and put some vent holes in it! Gonna check if my buddies got a fan I can borrow until my fan, turn signals, and caliper arrive from iwiketuddlez. Also plan on checking the gear ratio!!

Well, today I got the bbk installed, but absolutely no spark whatsoever, I read that one possibility could be voltage regulator. I just bought one and have it wired to be connected. Hopefully thats the only problem!

Check all connections in case you knocked something loose during the install.
See if you have power out of the stator. Should be 2 individual wires. One blue and white or yellow usually. Another black and red. Disconnect them from the harness and check voltage out of the stator from them. When kicking or cranking the engine over one should have 50VAC or more and the other should have roughly 0.5VAC.

Are you sure there is no spark? Did you wet your pinky finger and insert it in the spark plug boot while cranking it....
