I also installed 6 gram dr pulley sliders, I did have 4gram rollers in there but figured I need heavier weights so I got them. I also want to vent the cvt.

Picked up an '05 vento zip r3i turbocam yesterday from a buddy for 60$. All it needs is a new rear tire, throttle cable, voltage regulator, and all new bulbs. Gonna take off my vento for now, install the 70cc bbk that I am expecting today in the mail, and then throw the 49cc kit on my old vento, and buy parts to replace, and then sell it, or trick it out to be an off-road scoot. Thing is, with the new vento, theres no title, so im carrying my registration and tag on the new one for now. Will eventually trade out the vin # plates as well.

Quick question for you all, the vin # plates are held onto the frame with rivets, anyway to remove and replace without a rivet gun?

I'm sure it could be done other ways but to appear as stock you'd need a rivet gun. There's also a VIN engraved in the frame behind the leg shield area.
*Check local, state, and federal laws to find out if what you're considering is legal.*

Looks like ill be stripping the scoot down, sanding the hole thing enough to look good & get the engraved vin off of the frame and repaint it. I think im gonna go with a black(primary) and green (secondary) color scheme.

Sounds like we need a disclaimer here.

Yep! Like 2tdave hinted on- heading into borderline criminal activity here! Haha. Best bet would be to build with the frame you have the title to...

Too much work switching it all over to the other frame. Ima just swap the vin plate, which is easily accessible for a cop to check it, and be done with it.
Big plans this weekend, I plan on painting it hopefully. Got back wheel switched over, tomorrow is replacing all bulbs and swapping front wheels.

The scoot maxed out at 10750 rpm on the tri stand, about 9600 on the road at wot. Stock as well, the gudgeon pin size is 12mm and my old vento was 10, so cant use my new bbk. Time to overnight a new one

You can order a new piston for 10 or 12mm pin.

Got the scoot to max @ 11250rpms on the tri stand today, wasnt paying attention on the road, too busy making people slam on there brakes by weaving in and out of traffic, back to be back on 2 wheels!!!
Acceleration is damn near held back, thinking its the belt, old owner said he replaced rollers not long ago. Got the front tire swapped, headlight assembly swapped, tomorrow is checking the cvt, installing new battery, and fixing throttle cable and my twine(yes thats right, twine) rig came too loose today to ride. Then to my dads to take a dremel to the exhaust port of my bbk, and install after I meet up with niz76 for a piston.

Crazyguy came to my house today on his scoot and wow gotta say he is really living up to his forum name haha. He drove his scoot all the way from Clearwater (maybe 30 miles down a super busy 4 lane road US19) pulling on a string attached to his throttle cable! LMAO Scoot seemed to be running pretty well but that string- yeah Crazy!
