Thanks Brent.. Calling it a day.. Got all the front of the scoot done, even added a drink holder I picked up from Walmart. Got tired of shoving a bottle of coke in the glove box. Once I get the rear panels, I'll get them done.. I'm seriously considering painting my shock bottoms in black.. I think that would look much better than the silver/grey they are. I'm really liking this scooter now!

Definitely looking like Bumblebee! Maybe when he's all done he'll rear up onto the back tire and scan some kinda super cool scoot like a Aprillia or Vespa or something! ...err, not to imply that your scoot isn't already super cool Silar!

I'll probably just leave it stock for right now.
I decided to play around and set my valves to .004 each. I originally had them at a tight .003. At .004, it taps like crazy. I figured it would tap, but I didn't realize it would be that loud. Gonna let the engine cool and set them back down to .003..

Was a 90s kid, and I love every stuff in the nineties. Nice job, Silar! Considering a BB helmet next? Your build is being featured in the BikeBuilds.net directory here: Sitar's GY6 Bumblebee Build. Al I'm Good with it, but if you are going to use a picture, let me give you one that looks better. The pic you posted was before I even had the rear side panels on and without the transformer logos...
