Scrappy issued me a full refund, claiming they’re unable to find a supplier. After all the delays and excuses I don’t blame scrappys in my eyes they honestly tried . Damn the EPA!!! Beat for me to just take my jog50 to get cut, stroked, and bbk’d at a scooter shop. Correction- I’m still waiting for a full refund . SCRAPPYDOGSCOOTERS COULDNT DELIEVER THE PRODUCT NOR ISSUE ME A REFUND . SCRAPPYDOGSCOOTERS AND PAYPAL ARE CORPORATE SCAMMERS! SCRAPPPYDOGSCOOTERS SHOULD LABEL THE JOG 90 “OUT OF STOCK” ON THEIR WEBSITES AND THEY KEPT ME WAITING LONG ENOUGH TILL ITS OUT PAYPAL’S LEGAL LIMITS TO STEP IN! |

So sorry to hear that, but all too common of a scam now days. I'll bet you were lead to believe the refund was on the way, just long enough for any help from PayPal to expire. Scrappydog just stole your money? That's not right. Surely someone can step in, BBB? The BBB is a SCAM all the way, never buy into it. They solicit to the small business that my brother and I own every year and I tell them to FO, literally. Anyone can pay the BBB their yearly membership and they will list your business as "accredited by the BBB" Even if your business is new and has no history! My small business, started in 1976 by my father is listed by the BBB as "not accredited by the BBB" and that looks bad for anyone to see that, but in reality all it means is I have not paid them their blood money to magically become accredited. |

PayPal is a joke . PayPal said the transaction ID was created by a “guest acct” an request that I call to provide more information. It’s unreal that everything was done digitally , what more info can I provide!?
All they have to do is reverse transaction back to my card .
All this technology and people still play dumb. Lol
