I did notice my belts kinda tight i have a slightly larger belt mabey i should try that any ideas and i did go thought a warm up cool down break in cycle the motor seems great its eather my jetting or cvt

Tryed the larger belt it got my rpms to 8600 but i maxed out at 35 so i switched back to the smaller one and did a 22mile run and maxed out at 46mph if i could get more rpms out of the smaller belt it would be perfect may have to get a belt inbetween the two i have

I run my stock engine in the upper 7000 to low 8000RPM range for best results, but some of the others here report similar RPM to yours with 50mm kits. It's prob not a good idea to rev much higher than you are with that bore unless you don't really care how long the engine lasts. Could be worth at least trying some different rollers though to see how it does.
669 18 30 is standard for a short case 139QMB. 729 is for a long case. I'd expect a lot of slack in the longer belt that would kill performance. Even a stiffer contra spring shouldn't fix that. Marking the variator and then doing a test run with the 669 should tell you if you really need a longer belt.

I marked my variator and did a 22mile loop after squeezing out 48mph on a down hill at 7500rpm I used up all the room on my variator I have a max cursing speed of 37 to 40mph on mostly flat ground at 6700 to 6800 rpm kinda upset was hopeing to squeeze out 50+mph or atleat be able to do 45mph on flat ground other than re gearing im not sure what to do but im afraid if ii re gear I wont have the torque and wont beale to pull hills and will be stuck at the same speeds

If you're using all of the variator than your best bet is probably a re-gear. Some are pretty aggressive, big change, so maybe try to stick with one of the more mild changes if you're worried. I've really only swapped gears around in 2Ts. It's easier to do wheelies and the launches feel stronger, but once they're up to power RPM I don't feel like I'm losing a lot with the longer gearing. I haven't tried anything crazy though and the 2Ts are making more power. I've only put deeper gears in the 4T and that made it jump harder off the line and at low speeds, otherwise didn't seem much different other than losing a little speed.

well sorry for no update but iv been short on cash and I need a high torque starter its hit or miss if it will start with the stock starter the only way I can get it to start is by hooking the jumper cables from my truck straight to the starter but it has to be running 12v isn't enough some times after iv been driving it for a while and its warm it will start on its own but if its cold forget about it I did do a 80 mile round trip with it and it ran like a dream even it 65mph on a down hill lol but I cruise at 45-50mph been a very goo rig other than the starting issue

well iv been out of work due to a back injury so iv been doing some tinkering with the scoot and decied it was a good time to start fixing some issues with the scoot the big issue was the lack of staring power i had been jumping the scooter with my truck due to the stock starter not wanting to turn over the 50mm bbk so i decided it was time for scrappy dogs high torque starter i also order a #95 main jet to see if i could get a few more ponies out of the motor next i had notice my belt was slipping so i orderd a new kevlar belt and also orderd a new ngk plug depending on how this goes my new step will be to buy scrappydogs 2.88 final drive really on the fence about it anyone use it
