Penitration looks o.k. the beads aren't the greatest. Im building a double A frame. Theres gonna be a bar on top and underneath. Then theres going to be two more bars. One connecting the A. And another support bar running to the front of the frame. Just incase I ride it.

Got the outer bearing housing out with the HF pen torch. Easily. I figured while it was still hot mind as well just pop the new one in right. Blam! Feels snug too..

Decided to put the old stock jog head an cylinder on for mounting/starting purposes. Put the cvt back together after nailing the gear housing. 2000 red spring in the clutch. I think 6.2g rollers. And get this. Without gear oil I decided to check the final. Marked the tire/clutch. Gave it a spin. 6:0.1 Man I was suprised.

Make sure you screw a spark plug in too. I have my engine in so far you can just get the plug out.

Yes sir. How's the rest of the access for you? I'm looking at this bike and thinking man it's gonna be so easy working on this thing. My jog, I can hardly get my fingers in it to pull my choke When I need too. With 6:1.0 gearing and a 70cc bbk.+ the light weight of the spree frame. She should fly.

Yeah right.... don't know if I missed a clutch turn count. I don't think the gear oil will change the overall. Anyway finally finished welding the A frame. And like Jareebs mentioned. It was too close to get a spark plug in Don't like that I had to weld another bar on due to stability issues. But I might have to go in and add anot her 1" support running to the back..

I built my own harness to run just the head light and brake light And cdi. But its yellow is the charging wire. White is the headlight. Black/red should be the stator coil. And blue/yellow should be the pick up. If I'm remembering currently. Lol I have a spree in my garage with its stock harness I can check if I'm wrong.

I wired everything together except the new yamaha c.d.i. The Honda and yamahas main were color coded close enough to wing it. Currently no spark from the plug. Thinking it might be the Hondas c d.i. Everything else works. If you could help me in the c.d.i. department. That would be awesome. But I got 5 completely different colored wires on each. Thanks jareebs

Thanks jareebs Do you have a good ground from the engine to the frame? Just make a wire with a crimp on bolt connection on each end and attach it. I'm up north ill double check the wire colors when I get home. Also to make sure you have the right wires coming from thr zuma sator you can remove the shroud and chance the wires.

Everything's working. No blown fuses. Got power too the coil. Just no spark to the tip of the plug. Gonna have a go at here in a second. Thanks Jareebs for taking time out to help. For a second there it felt to good to be true. Like fire right up type of thing. Anyway...
