The guy said he had a 02 Zuma that he was gonna put everything in but couldn't bring it back with him from the east coast. Gave him the forums address. Hopefully he'll join the community. But mainly he said he wanted to see what the progress would be with the parts he had. I'll probably take the stage6 intake for myself, and everything for the disk brakes down the line for the yammy. This should finish her out we'll see.

DEAR GOD, do yourself a favor and do NOT mount that boost bottle...
That's the equivalent to putting a NOS sticker on your Civic

Nice carb, get a Malossi venturi screw on for it (i think they are malossi)
19mm with a Vforce, just seems so overkill on the reed valve haha

Got the corsa on. Checked the squish with no head gasket. Came out to .90. Started to see what I had to fabricate too fully mount the engine.

I think I'm gonna check the compression today. Replace the old gas with a fresh gallon, and maybe a cap of oil in the tank for good measure. Hold off on any tuning till I order both a tto tach and temp gauge. I really don't want to take any chances on the Corsa Athena combo.

Something about a brand new dellorto and polini corsa that looks real good together even if it's on a 1986 Honda spree frame. anyway, Got the Athena mounted. Holy $#i! Is this bike easy to work on. After I extended my intake for carb clearance there's Absolutely nothing in the way. Really surprised me by starting up probably after 10 kicks or so. Let it warm up for about 5mins. Quick spin in the apartments. A lot of tuning to do still. Dies after 10mph or any incline. Changed jets about five times. Think I left a 100 in there before it died. Get back at it tomorrow. From experience, 70cc PHBG with open filter, 110+ If you still need to go up past 130, check for leaks

Really. Thank you sir. 110 psi is what it Registered. What would you suggest as far as starting out main jet wise? Currently has spark, compression, air, but still won't start. With carb cleaner in the head is the closest I got it to turning over. Completely emptied out old gas thinking that's what is was.. Plug looks fouled but still hitting. Don't have a leak down tester already made. If that's what it comes down to, Im sure I can whip up something. The engine is 23 years old. Which brings up another issue. The stock crank. Haven't split a case before. And don't really want too. This bike is for my girlfriend. I doubt she'll take it past 10,000 rpm's, but me on the other hand is...... Thanks drc174 for your time.

Pretty sure DRC meant to start your main out at a 110+ with the open filter.

Yeah I got that after reading it again! My compression was also 110. As soon as I thought about it I went out and put in a 110 main jet. Just waiting on the battery to charge. Then give it a go again. Thanks spaz.

Man did I up... I was reading niz's post on his new Vespa and thought what the did I seal my head with rtv silicone copper for. What an :. I only drank one beer too. So I run out too the garage. Tear it down. Spray it with copper spray. Dry it with a space heater. Slap in the charged battery and wala. Fires right up once it had gas. Couldn't of road it for more than 10minutes. Office comes out says its to noisy, stinky, and I'm going to fast in the apartments. I was doing 15mph cause of break in. Geez.... I owe that one to Niz again. Nice. And thank you drc174 110 was a good spot to start.
