Between wife, kids, school starting and after school activities my free time vanished. I got a design nailed down, tomorrow I'll start cutting and rolling. I did get my flange blended and silencer parts fabed up.

ryan_ottRyan, regarding those Adelin brake stuff. I was looking at aliexpress and they have the following description for the disc brakes. Specifications: 200mm * 4.0mm * Pitch 5.7MM (unworthy link code) and another is Specifications: 220mm * 4.0mm * Pitch 7MM (unworthy link code) The first number is the size of the disc. The second number is I think the thickness of the disc? And what it that third number (Pitch) is that the distance from bolt center to bolt center to mount the disc?

Yes the last number is distance between the mounting holes. Mine is the same as a ruckus but the big thing is finding a caliper mount.

The belly is only 108mm so it's not to big in comparison but it will be a high rev pipe. I use a slip roll now so the sections are easy, I used to do them by hand which was time consuming. John has lots of great info in the tech section under exhaust. Quoting him find a known good pipe and copy it. Good straight cuts is the important part. May set up was one of the hobby torches that used disposable cylinders. I setup a larger oxygen cylinder and a regulator and it lasts awhile now. I still use propane with it as the mapp gas nowadays is just filtered propane.

Hey Ryan can u post the specs on the brazing rod you're using? I had a hard time getting braze to stick to the steel when I tried it a long time ago. It just seemed to roll off...
