Oh, I'm sure it's a lot faster than that!

The tune is getting pretty close now. I had to rebuild the exhaust support because of cracks. The material was too thin the first time around. Now it's 14gauge. Should hold up I hope. That brought my total cost for the pipe up to like $30. Maybe $40. Raw materials are cheap, it's the labor that costs you. Temps seem ok for now. Max egt was 990, but I think that was rolling off the throttle after a wot run. Coolant is 150 or below and plug looks good. There are not May miles on it yet maybe 2 hours but it's holding up ok. Timing looks ok...

Forgot to mention I installed some leds, just using a relay to the battery and disconnecting the ac to the headlights. Big no no. Your only using half the stator output and my battery was getting very low. I think the proper way is to use a rectifier on the ac to the headlights for DC. Over the winter I plan on rewriting this completely to simplify the wiring so I'll tackle it then.

How does it feel compared to the MHR 77cc. Sounds great by the way

I think your pipe choice makes the difference. The MHR was real peaky. This pipe has great power from clutch engagement to max rpm. I think this might be close to the TPR specs. It acts the same. Max rpm is 12.6-12.8k power is very similar to the MHR. HP to price = winner winner chicken dinner.

It's pretty close.. With daily temperature swings of 30 degrees I can't get the tune 100%. Today was 45 tomorrow is 77... I've got a rich spot at 3/4 throttle but it's damn close. I don't think I'll beat you for top speed but it's quick for what it is. 0-60 thread next?

It's strange running up the rpm range it's clean but backing off at 1/2-3/4 I get a crackle or almost a miss. I think it's just a build up of fuel.
I think a 0-60 or 0-50 (4T you get some love) would be exciting.
